At first thought this is great delivered straight to my door milk apple juice orange juice on Tuesdays milk bannan and chocolate milkshake on a Friday I rung changed the chocolate to strawberry as my lot think chocolate milkshake is vile two weeks ago they give me 1 banana and one strawberry and then back to chocolate milkshake which I hadn’t asked for today I get my order my milk IS NOT EVEN COLD so I call the office up speak to some woman called CHOLE who tells me put the milk in fridge it will go cold are you serious what a joke of a service that’s new in my area makes me not wanna keep paying over £60 a month for absolutely joke of customer service.!!

I Ordered 3 milkshakes & a milk of semi skimmed organic the milkshakes arrived the milk didn’t! still waiting on that tbh my daughter loved the strawberry and chocolate milkshake not too overly sweet just right got banana too my partner tried banana he said it was lovely 🥰

Guy knocked on my door, claimed this was his idea. Told me it's a local business to my area (it's not) that it started. I told him I'm on holiday next week so don't start now, but yet I'm signed up to start next week. Can't cancel without calling during office hours, total scam.

My experience with McQueens Dairies has been very good. Milkman delivers well before 7am. ready for your breakfast. Fresh orange is a great taste and a refreshing start to the day. Don't have any complaints couldn't ask for better. Thanks to Sean for getting in touch quickly to my email.

Good delivery service. Short shelf life only a week. Was thinner milk than our normal semi skimmed. Decided to cancel. Such a hard sell when we tried to cancel, I don’t expect that pressure from anyone.

Ordered milk through there website, told me I could get it and after 2 weeks no milk phoned to be told that nah it’s another company that does where I live

We have been receiving delivery from mcqueens for nearly 2 months now and the service is brilliant the online account is easy to navigate or update orders, add or remove products. We get 2 deliveries a week and its so easy and convenient, have spoke to customer service a couple times due to my own fault or mistake and they are always polite and sort the problem instantly over the phone. Would highly reccomend them to anyone asking for milk deliveries 100%

Getting setup and sorted with these guys was so easy. Good range of products, easy to stop start things and try. Guys never make a sound when they deliver either which is great.

I live in York and last week came a guy to my front door and asked me if I would like to try a bottle of milk for free, I agreed and I gave to him my telephone number. After that the McQueens started to harass me by phone, which I never answered, and next I received a bottle of milk as verbal agreement with the front door guy. But today I received extra two bottle of milk that I did not order, plus I never open any account with them. I tried calling the customer service to sort out this issue, at first they asked me to call back later due to issue on their line later no answer at all. The company looks very unprofessional, they do not have any customer service to sort out that issue, plus they treat me in very old fashion marketing sell, I mean, they ask me a telephone number, then start to sell stuffs that I have never given written consent form or my bank account details. Very unprofessional company.

Really pleased with my milk delivery. The sales man was not pushy and I was happy to give it a go. So excited when I found my milk on the doorstop. After a few weeks I realised that I needed more to get me through the week, it was really easy to update my order.
