We have been very happy with our deliveries. Xmas was the only problem when the milk was delivered on different days and because you didn’t have my mobile number you weren’t able to let me know. That has now been rectified.

The service is amazing. Deliveries are always on time. If there’s any problem it’s rectified within 24 hours. Highly recommended. McQueen dairy is one of the best ones out there. I would definitely recommend them to a friends and family. Thank you very much for the service you provide us. Also, the full fat vitamin D milk that you do the taste is amazing

Absolutely appalling company. Tried to cancel online 5 weeks in a row for it not to work - partially and then fully. Then cancelled with my bank. For them to harass me for 3 months for £5. Called to speak to someone about this to be told cancelling online isn't the end of the process, you have to call too. Then tried to put a complaint in to be told that couldn't happen over the phone and I had to go back to the website, again! Id highly recommend Milk & More. They have an actual app, Ive been with them for 7 years and never had an issue. Thought I'd give a more local company a go, but I don't think the customer service or journey is good enough.

We started using McQueens about 2 months ago and we are chuffed to bits. The milkman comes all hours of the night to ensure our milk and eggs are there twice a week on our doorstep - our ring doorbell sees him rock up in all conditions and still somehow looks jolly at 2am in -2 degrees! We’ve changed our orders twice now too - adding eggs once a week, and reducing one of our milk orders but replacing with orange juice and it’s so easy to call them up and have a wee chat with someone in a kilt (I’m imagining) to switch things up. Will 100% continue to use them - so much hidden uglies in our supermarkets these days, worth paying the extra to know you’re putting goodness in your bodies.

Generally easy to phone customer services and request additional goods for the next delivery. We mainly get oat milk and eggs from McQueens, both of which are good quality. The customer service team are always helpful and friendly. Would like to be able to use the website to adjust my orders, but need to phone instead. Overall, very satisfied.

My milk and OJ arrives fresh every Friday. Also offer eggs and yoghurt. Such helpful friendly staff.

I have a toddler on cows milk and this has been a godsend! No more stress about running out of milk always comes on time and is there first thing in the morning, best decision we made!

The milk delivery is fine and reliable. My grouse is the login system on their website. Every time I log in it tells me my password is wrong and I have to go down the forgotten password route, even though my password is saved in my phone and in Authenticator - I have checked that it is correct in both places. As with at least one other customer, finding the place to enter the temporary passcode which gets sent can be tricky- especially if using an iPad- in my experience.

Love them love the milk fresh lasts longer and tastes better when you call them the are quick and super polite will never buy milk from a supermarket again

Getting my milk, orange juice and eggs delivered to the doorstep is just perfect 👌 it's like going back in time, no more plastic milk cartons. Love it

I’m happy to use a milkman, in particular McQueens because they are not involved in the study that adds Bovaer to the cow’s feed. Paying a bit more to me is worth it. I’ve taken off a star for each time I’ve contacted the company via email and not received a reply. Both times it has been to tweak my order so I’ve not received what I wanted.

Firstly I would like to thank you for asking me to join your milk round . I love getting the fresh products straight to my door . It’s so tasty . Easy to set everything in motion , although I did have a problem but your team sorted everything out to get me started. I have had a great experience and can’t believe it’s been 10 weeks already . Occasionally I’ve met the milkman who has been really helpful and kind .( and made me jump ) 😂 Easy to change my order so I get as much or as little as I need . Best thing I did was changing to McQueens. great service, product and prices. No more trips to the shops to buy milk all the time and so easy to manage deliveries. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

No issues. Milk delivered early in am. Had an issues once with not delivering some milkshake as ordered on line but gave a call and this was dotted straight away.
