Excellent customer service, no quibble if you need to cancel or change a delivery Milk is always on the doorstep as promised . Would recommend giving them a go . So much better than lugging it home from the shop

We've been Mcqueen's customers (in Basingstoke) for many months now, and their service has been excellent. Their website is easy to use, they have a very good range of dairy products, including eggs, and the milk and other products are always delivered on time. We had some trouble with local cats and dogs investigating the bottles, but Mcqueens had the answer - a secure box for the delivery that keeps animals out, which has solved our problem.

For most part very satisfied,however on 10th January, I e-mailed to say that I had only received 1 pint of milk instead of 2 pints. To date apart,from 2 generic replies I have not heard anything. Not good customer service?

Reliable and dependable service.

Very happy with my delivery always there never had a problem and they stay in touch with me checking that everything is okay. Would highly recommend for anybody. I’m also a carer in the community and I’ve recommended having deliveries from McQueen’s to my clients.
