However Gavin Ogg was on hand at every stage of the changeover from our dated inefficient First Data (Clover) terminal, to the speedy and efficient new Teya machine. Gavin went above and beyond to help with some of our wifi issues and was on-hand throughout.

United Kingdom | 12 September 2023Very informative from my enquiry to signing up, Dean Scott certainly knows the card payment industry and a no pressure laid back attitude with no hard sale, Dean gave a perfect lesson on how to use the machine and I found it very easy to understand. Teya sends statements and an invoice and it’s all very easy to track unlike the previous big company we used, far more professional, excellent customer service and a big thank you to Dean and hope Teya realise he’s definitely worth keeping!

Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance and resolve the problem, the lack of a solution, transparency regarding findings, and the outdated approach to technical support have left me extremely frustrated. My primary concerns and grievances are as follows: 1. Lack of Resolution: Despite the considerable duration of this issue, it continues to persist without any tangible progress toward resolution. The repeated assurances, apologies and promises of a swift resolution have yet to materialize into a fix for the problem I have been facing since the 14th June. 2. Zero engineering transparency: Throughout this ordeal, there has been a glaring lack of transparency regarding the findings of Teya technical team. I have received minimal information about the root causes or steps being taken to investigate and address my issue. This lack of transparency has left me feeling frustrated and in the dark about the status of my problem. 3. Absence of Effective Communication: I have not received a single phone call from a support representative or a Manager to discuss the issue. Furthermore, the absence of a remote communication tool for diagnostics or assistance is indicative of an outdated and inefficient approach to technical support in today's digital age. I must emphasize that this experience has been absolutely time-consuming. I had hoped for a swift and effective resolution, but the persistent lack of progress and transparency has eroded my confidence in Teya overall. I understand that technical issues can be complex, but I believe that a commitment to transparency and modernizing support processes can significantly enhance the customer experience!

United Kingdom | 09 August 2023AVOID AVOID They take the card settlements directly - so if someone pays you £50.00 only £49.50 is deposited in the bank. They also take the monthly settlement from your card payments - so randomly you wont get all the money you expect. The sales man was full of the talk and then walked the walk and left us in a mess with it. We wont be staying with TEYA

I cannot recommend Dec enough he gave us all the support we needed and when I had a problem with 1 of the 3 machines i have it was sorted and changed within 3 hours of my phone call which he hand delivered me a brand new machine. Definitely recommend the company and Dec as the last company was a nightmare and now I literally don't feel dread if something does happen because I know it will be sorted quickly.
