There was a good selection of bathrooms on display so you could easily visualise what you wanted. The staff were friendly- not at all pushy- and very knowledgeable. Only problem - we were given a date for delivery and was then advised the day before that it was another day. Luckily our plumber wasn’t coming that day. Apart from that very good service. Would recommend.

Jenny and Conor at the Stafford Branch were super helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They helped us plan our bathroom conversion - one large bathroom into an en-suite and a shower room - and liaised with our chosen fitter re the finer details. We’re very happy with the products we purchased from Easy Bathrooms.

We've just done our bathroom out using Easy Bathrooms as our key supplier. Dom in the Wakefield store was amazing, really helping us to get the right products and getting it all ordered and delivered on-time. During the installation we had a few hiccups, and he was always on hand to support us through the process and help with any additional supplies we needed. I certainly would recommend them, especially Wakefield team, and those at Calder Park who were always there with a smile and helpful attitude. Thanks, the bathroom looks great.

Be careful with this company make mistakes no apology and ignore your email. Double check everything worst customer service ever once they have your money !!! And when you try to resolve it they try blaming you for it even though all measurements was correct. We have emailed your company for the last 3 days with all details of what we have been put through. Still no reply as of this morning.

There is a lot of choice and the sales person was very helpful throughout the design stage . Instalation was done to a very high standard with any hitches dealt with the minimum fuss.
