United Kingdom | 01 February 2025Really disappointed with easy bathrooms. I visited about a month before Christmas, was told to go and try to do the design online that we wanted (really could not get my head around this it was really glitchy and I was hoping to be able to do it with a staff member who would advise and give ideas and inspiration) and then come back. I went back the weekend before Christmas and managed to go through the dimensions etc and layout, which were all written down by the salesperson. The I waited a further two and a half weeks for designs which were completely thoughtless and rushed, it was clearly thrown together last minute. We made an appointment to go in again to go through the designs and finesse them, but were first told to look around the showroom to get some more ideas, we were there for almost 2 hours! After chasing several times the following week for a quote, we were quoted £16000, which completely extortionate for what we were needing in a 2m x 1.5m bathroom. I don’t want to shame the showroom as they seemed understaffed and under pressure, but I have wasted almost two months waiting for easy bathrooms to get themselves in gear. We have now gone somewhere else with a quote of £8.5-9k and are booked in for early March, with a much more considered design and elements we were told we could not have by easy bathrooms (like a concealed cistern) included.

He answered my questions, showed me alternatives to help me make a good choice. The Delivery didn't go according to plan. I was told I would hear from the driver on the day but I had to chase the office twice to see what was happening. The driver didn't give a call he just arrived. I found the materials of the products to be of a high quality and I was lucky to save a bob or two in the sales.

Both were really helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating with our numerous design changes. Part of that was due to the extensive range of products :-) We 1st visited in late November and added to the order regularly until mid January. Thank you Havant team

United Kingdom | 01 February 2025We've been using easy bathrooms for two years and spent upwards of £40,000. Let me start in saying the staff at the Macclesfield branch are great, very helpful. What i am disgruntled by is the higher management/office staffs approach to helping us out when things go south. Last year we had a vanity that warped in a bathroom from poor design, no over hang on the sink so the water dripped off and warped the wood. We called to get a replacement and they said we had to pay for the replacement, baring in mind the unit had only been fitted for two months, the staff at Macclesfield contested this for us and they replaced it for free in the end. we've recently tiled a bathroom, the enamel has recently started to flake/chip off so they have sent us a replacement batch, which is great but we have said we want compensation to replace said tiles as its their defect not ours, they have point blank ignored this, it will take a day to rectify this problem which will be a day's work unpaid. Another recent bathroom we've done the sink has come cracked in half, ordered a replacement and guess what, that sink is cracked in half. Now we will have to wait another week or so to wrap this bathroom up and get paid effecting more cash flow to the company and making our customers unsatisfied with our business. There seems to be something wrong with their products on EVERY job. They really need to start looking at buying better quality products and learning how to look after their loyal customers more efficiently. Me and my business partner are now looking to use a different supplier.

There was no hard-sell, just a friendly and helpful approach (a special mention for Claire here!) that helped my wife and I select the items for our en-suite from the extensive range of bathroom furniture and fittings they have on display. During our 2 visits we were able to source everything we required to complete the refurbishment from them - and all at a competitive price. If you are thinking of installing a new bathroom or upgrading an existing one as we were you should pay them a visit, you may be presently surprised. Michael & Shelley.

Helpful, nice manner. Answered all my qus, nothing was too much trouble. And very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this place. He went above and beyond to help me.
