We went to the showroom first to see things in person. Came home, costed things up and bought the vanity unit, sink and shower screen online. Very pleased with the items and delivered on time.

Everything was perfect apart from the extended delay in getting the bathroom cabinet. We had to constantly chase and finally got it over 4 months after placing the order. The was the downside. The upside is that everything else was great and we're really happy with our new bathroom

Easy to order but no communication about when it will arrive.Also it's not supplied with a waste unit which has had to be bought separately. I expected better from them.

My second experience using them and it was every bit as seamless and flawless as the first. Very professional company and very easy to do business with. I was perfectly happy with the product, the delivery timescales and the delivery itself. Customer service kept me updated with progress without inundating me with emails or texts - excellent. I would recommend them personally.

We visited Easy Bathrooms in Newcastle to look round the showroom and were very impressed with the variety of displays on show - this made it much easier to visualise how they would look. We had a rough idea on what we wanted but Vikki was so helpful and knowledgeable and assisted us in our choices she even thought of things that we hadn't. We were so pleased with the designs she provided for our bathroom and downstairs cloakroom - and nothing was too much trouble - not a problem to add or change to the plans. Additonally she recommended someone who could fit these for us and I've been very impressed with them as they've worked alongside Vikki to ensure the whole process goes smoothly. I would highly recommend Easy Bathrooms you are getting excellent quality but at a good price.

The team at Tiverton were absolutely brilliant with my grout / tiling problems. Friendly & efficient. Can't recommend highly enough.

Had a problem from a leaky shower enclosure Easy bathrooms looked at the pictures I had sent a found the installers had fitted incorrectly so was able to go back to the fitters with the notations Tom and david had made on the pictures I had sent showing exactly why it needed removing and refitting also arranged for some new plastic trim to be delivered feel they went above and beyond gives me confidence to use them again
