Good service and speedy delivery

They msnaged to get me extra tiles delivered within 2 dsys.

We used the Lichfield store, l they have a wide and varied display making it easy to find what we wanted. Ordering was thorough and simple too. We had to change our choices a couple of times due to ongoing building works, the staff in the Lichfield store were very helpful in changing our order so many thanks to all of them. Would definitely recommend this branch of Easy Bathrooms.

NEVER BUY TILES FROM HERE! I ordered the tiles online and was notified that they would arrive on the 5th December. I therefore organised all of our tradespeople for the following week. I went into store on the 5th December only to be told that the tiles would be arriving 5 days later! I’m unable to source anymore tiles in such short notice and will have to attempt to rearrange the tiler/plumber/electrician/builder for our new bathroom as all had been booked in assuming the tiles would be here. Very little in the way of an apology from easybathrooms - they took the s*** happens attitude which I also think is incredibly unsympathetic and unprofessional. I said I hoped that they had solved the situation so that it doesn’t happen to anymore people, for which she couldn’t give me an answer. I would give minus stars if I could.

The good: the range of products Easy Bathrooms have is excellent; I was really struggling to choose because there were so many tiles I liked. Ordering samples was really quick and easy, they arrived very promptly. The bad: delivery is kerbside only. Fortunately I'm able-bodied and was able to carry the tiles I ordered up to my flat; otherwise I would have been stuck. This information isn't particularly accessible pre-checkout - it's only once you've paid they inform you of this fact... The ugly: you can pay extra for a two-man delivery, but that only goes to a ground floor room - I live on the third floor, so absolutely useless for me. The delivery window I was given was "between 8am and 6pm" and they couldn't guarantee a call on the day to let me know when the delivery would be happening (just as well they didn't guarantee it, because I didn't get one). The worst part? Delivery cost me £65. I honestly don't even know what that covers: I carried all the tiles from a pallet outside the block of flats' front door to my flat. Absolute rip off.

There very very competitive on price. However it’s very true what they say about cheaper isn’t alway better. It’s a shame really the staff are clearly untrained in their job role. Goes a bit to the extreme when they ask a customer to drive two hours to pick a tile up because they picked the wrong one. And they don’t do deliveries as stated by there staff Member “ where not Amazon” lol Shocking unprofessional people I would go elsewhere Just use them as a view point to view the tiles. I wouldn’t buy directly off them.

From walking into shop I was treated with respect and info. Lee or his colleagues were on hand throughout many visits and phone calls The result was undoubtedly first class Would certainly recommend Easy Bathrooms

We travelled all over the place hunting high and low for tiles at first. But should have gone to easy bathrooms earlier a great choice of quality tiles all on discounted prices and best part we could take tiles home to match up or compare at our leisure the staff were very helpful and I will be using them again.

Good Customer Service with a helpful experience

I bought the triple column radiator and valves. Delivery was spot on and could track the time range on the day.
