We were offered a choice of store to pick up our purchases. On another occasion, we ordered online, and had a really good experience emailing customer service to discuss access to the property. We also realised we had over-ordered, and the person we emailed was very clear and efficient when sorting out the return.

Went into the store located in Blueprint park in Watford. I saw a gentleman called Taseen who was very helpful with assisting me with my bathroom choices. I was a bit nervous as I’ve never done this before but he made it clear and easy! We are commencing our decisions on our bathroom very soon and we will definitely be returning to complete our purchases and for installation as well. Thank you Easy Bathrooms Watford

I’ve just had a bathroom refit, bought everything from Easy Bathrooms at Thetford. Everything is high quality. Dealt with Charlotte who was friendly, helpful and very efficient. She has good product knowledge and was very informative. Couldn’t ask for more really. Happy customer here.

I was looking for some new bathroom products in Watford Easy bathrooms, Andy and Taseen were helpful and had a lot of knowledge which gave me lots of ideas.

Staff in Sutton Coldfield store were very helpful and went above and beyond. Ordered goods online to be delivered to store, again staff were brilliant. Quality of items was exceptional and would definitely recommend.

Excellent Customer Care!!! My bathroom looks great and these ideas came from the Orpington Showroom but what made me want to leave this review is the Customer Care that Hannah Swithenbank gave was of the HIGHEST QUALITY. She got back to me when she said she would, she showed understanding of the situation and was completely resolution and customer focused!
