Unfortunately I had to cancel my order before everything came to fruition but the staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Dominicka! Put together my package expertly and the 3D designs they created were exceptional, my only negative is that the supply was a little on the expensive side. Dom also came round to take measurements and was extremely accurate with them!

Victoria at Easy Bathrooms in Bournemouth was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me put my bathroom design together. She really took the time to make sure I felt confident in the choices! I look forward to having it installed and having a beautiful bathroom!

Told by 3 separate advisors that full, unopened packs of floor tiles could be returned for refund. In reality this is not the case. Spoke to the branch manager who stated that the return policy was updated about a year ago but it clearly wasn’t flowed down to the advisor(s) who had over estimated my requirement even after allowing for scrap. Easy will not take back surplus even if they have over estimated your requirement. Beware!

The guys in the Crewe showroom are excellent. They know all the products, offer great advice and willing to bend over backwards to help sort any problems.

We popped in to the Hedge End Showroom and within an hour picked our En-suite bath, toilet and towel rail and wall hung vanity unit and are so impressed we have opened up a trade account and were really impressed with Matt knowledge and how helpful he was.. Recently purchased a bathroom suite and tiles from the Havant branch, the sales assistant Sarah was incredibly helpful and Sarah couldn’t do enough for me, Sarah was so professional and listened to everything I wanted. I had to take something back my mistake with the measurements and dealt with the Manager Mike who was also incredibly helpful and professional. Not only was the customer service amazing the quality of the products is great too, I would highly recommend Easy bathroom. Thank you for being so helpful.

Simon in the Bolton shop was most helpful with us in designing two bathrooms. His knowledge is first rate and not just the range of products available; also the practicalities of installation and the functionality and aesthetics of the layout. We had a number of changes of mind and again he was always positive and patient. His customer service first class and together with Karen, it has been a good experience. A large excellent and extensive showroom assisted us greatly in seeing the numerous options. We recommend Easy Bathrooms.

Dawn and her team at Stockton Easy Bathroom were amazing. Super knowledgeable about the bathroom ranges, tiles. Mirrors, flooring and Showers. The staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful but there is no hard sale which in my experience makes me head for the door. We have used Dawn and her team for all our purchases when renovating an en-suite, main bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. I would highly recommend Easy Bathrooms in Stockton.

Hi came to the store at Watford and saw Andy and Taseen they were very professional and knowledgeable we went through a quote and we picked all the items and I am really happy and I will buy in the next week or two the flexibility is amazing plus the showroom looks great and I would definitely recommend.

I am a bathroom fitter and I have been using EasyBathroms in Havant for a few years, The product are to a high Standard And the staff is Great, I will say a big thank you to Mike, Sarah, Ian and Hannah. They have made everything go smoothly thanks to them we have managed to keep the costumers happy all way through.

Our visit began with a friendly welcome and lots of well thought out displays to look at. There is lots of choice to suit all tastes. Simon offered his advice and talked us through a range of options whilst listening carefully to our vision. A week later Simon helped us to make our decisions and we left the store very satisfied that we had ordered exactly what we wanted. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to the Bolton showroom.
