Rude and aggressive manager after he told me incorrectly that a mirror had arrived for collection but was not there. Another member of staff offered to correct the mistake by offering to have the item delivered. The manager intervened and said I would have to pay for delivery or make a repeat journey when the mirror came.

Excellent service Really helpful and good prices

The experience I had was awesome. I had a toilet and lid that stopped being slow shutting, I had it replaced for free. Claire and Melanie were the stand out members of staff.

Ordered and collected on time and good quality

We spent a lot of time looking for tiles at different places and these guys were great to deal with . There showroom was exceptional and really gave you sense of what a bathroom would look like in a particular tile ( unlike the likes of b and q and wickes where you just get a stack of tiles and have to imagine ) the range on offer was very good , and prices , although not particularly cheap, were very reasonable when you consider they don’t supply the” run of the mill “ tile. The staff were attentive but left us to browse and take our time to decide without pressure and we’re nothing but helpful. When I needed to order a couple of extra boxes due to breakage and waste they even asked for the batch number from my boxes so that they could supply the right batch for me . Something that b and q and the like would never ask . All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for tiles . Well done easy bathrooms .

Staff very friendly on recent purchase from the Havant branch. Was left to browse which was very nice and then helped with good advice when we had made up our mind. We went the Bolton branch on 5/1/25 we were greeted by Simon who went above and beyond he designed the bathroom perfectly he gave us the right advice on the size of everything, so everything we chose would fit just right He didn't rush us. I'm disabled he was very patient with me he listened to what we wanted. I will definitely recommend going to the Bolton branch

Really helpful showroom staff. They were polite and welcoming and beyond initial meet and greet, technically capable and proficient. I had to make a return and swap out for a new shower screen which was dealt with promptly and without hassle. 5 star rating!
