Dispatch and delivery were very quick. The gin was a present so I haven’t tried it but the recipient said it was delicious 😊

Very easy to order online. Received delivery in 2 days which is wonderful service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Eden Mill were great, site is easy to use, quick delivery and customer service was amazing. My issue was with their courier who sent the item back after I wasn't in for delivery without telling me or leaving a 'sorry we missed you' notice.

Both glasses were marked, so I was very disappointed. Some of the guns were not to my taste, but the more plain guns were just delicious.

Unfortunately the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. DPD advised they were given a postcode that differed from ours by one digit. We received a photo of someone else’s back door with house number on as proof of delivery. No one signed for it. I collected from the delivery address myself the next day once I had worked out what had gone wrong. Still no reply to the email I sent to Eden Mill Love their products but this time their customer service and delivery has let them down.

I love your products but the ordering process on your website needs to improve. Two years on the trot I have rang to make sure the order as gone through correctly. I reported this both times I have placed orders to be delivered to an address different to the payee. Please simplify.

Excellent as a Christmas gift.

Ordered 4 bottles of gin for my wife’s Christmas, got a bundle and another bottle to get free delivery, I have used this company many times before and my wife just loves their products and the fancy bottles the gin comes in

It would be better if we got delivery date and time as took 3 goes to get it due to being at work
