Easy online ordering and prompt delivery

I was very impressed with Eden Mill, their website was easy to use. The recipient of the Christmas Chilli Chocolate Gin absolutely loved it. Customer service are super helpful and friendly. Only improvement for me, would be online tracking for orders. Fab service, fab Gin, will definitely use Eden Mill again. I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

I have had 3 orders , they were all delivered quickly and on the date and time you said they would be , even when there was an item missing you sent out the missing item quickly without any delay , I have already recommended your site to friends and family. Ian

Edenmill purchase was very easy and kept informed on the progress of my order. Great product will be back for more.

No confirmation emails were sent. Had selected customer collect yet staff in shop struggled to find order as name / email address didn't work. I had PayPal transaction record which allowed them to trace but this was highly irregular.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery, can't fault the company will certainly recommend and use again.

Excellent service fast delivery can't fault it

I like Gin but drink more whisky now and it’s great to see and buy when available single malt from Eden. Not in the right place to buy a cask at the moment but I’m sure those that do won’t be disappointed. Well done Eden Mill and thank you: enjoyed the 20cl expressions too 👍

I find the website a bit 'clunky'. I needed to search for what I wanted to order. The time from order to delivery took longer than expected. Arrived well packaged and super box presentation. Will I order again? Absolutely!

I was happy with the process of buying from the website. I hasn’t heard anything for over a week so emailed the team and they said that my order had been lost by the delivery company which nobody was planning on telling me. The company have very kindly sent out my order again to fingers crossed it turns up.

Delivery of my whisky order went fine. The recent bombardment of gin offer emails, at least daily, was ridiculous so I removed myself from your emailing list.

I bought the 12 gins of Christmas set. It’s fantastic, beautifully packaged, a real solid box with individually cut slots for the 12 miniature bottles and the 2 glasses. Everything about it says real quality. A special gift for a special person. Thank you.

Loved all the variety; ordered large bottles for family Christmas gifts. All were sent quickly. Family loved them and are enjoying all the cocktails that may be made with the unique flavors.
