Very speedy delivery but no communication to say it had been dispatched or order received so was a little in the dark as to when my order would arrive. Only had my PayPal receipt so I knew it had been paid for. Lovely gin though

Disappointed with the gin gift sets that I have received. In the email advertising the sets and on the website it shows the martini glasses have Eden Mill written on them however the sets that I have received both have plain glasses. Wouldn’t have ordered if I had known this would be what I would receive

Bottle broken on receipt. No response from Customer Services 6 days later. Very disappointed 😞 To be fair - they have since made contact, apologised and sent a replacement. Faith restored

I am not a drinker and so partying isnt for me. However, since I found Eden Mill at last I can be included with a glass in my hand. At last a drink that I can enjoy.

Last Christmas I ordered from you,great service,this year I ordered two bottles of gin.it still hasn't arrived.apparantly DPD sent it back to st.andrews brewery. So when I will get it I don't know.. delivery no 15976840151653T .

Every time I place an order you send it to the wrong address. It’s sent to a house with the similar address and postcode even though I put the correct address in your order form. Not sure if it’s the courier or yourself getting mixed up.

Delivery was on time and the gin liquor was amazing would recommend this product.

Email once ordered clearly stated 2-3 working days for delivery. Contacted them as not arrived, still not heard from them but the items did arrive 6 working days after order placed. Not cheap delivery charge for them not to fulfill promises.
