We really like the quality of the large sofa we got: Quality and sturdy materials, nice fabric, plenty of colors and textures to choose from, the easiness of putting it together and the design style. It is first time we purchase furniture online and were bit nervous about the product but reading reviews and seeing options on firmness, fabric, finishes etc ease our concerns Overall the family is very pleased with the sofa as it very spacious, comfortable with right level of support while providing ample space for each person. Very easy to place order, the store kept up updated with shipping time and furniture boxes arrived well organized, marked and with clear instructions on how to assemble sofa. We are overall very please with product and with the entire purchase experience. We recommend it

I spent over $3,000 and am extremely disappointed with your service and the shipping company. I’m frustrated after having to contact you and the shipping company sooo many times. I will never purchase from you again. This is the first time I’ve left a negative review, and it shows just how disappointed and exhausted I am.

Very pleased with packaging and delivery, the mats for underneath the rug were perfect giving the rug a warm feel. Quality and design are perfect for our space!

I ordered swatches and never received them, but kept getting emails to review my experience. I was contacted by customer service with a tracking number. It turns out it took longer to ship than expected. They also offered to re-ship my swatches, which I appreciate. I have the swatches now and can't wait to test them out. I'm very impressed by the customer service!

Couch is a great colour and look - we got the Neptune sleeper, which is a fantastic configurable couch but a bit hard. Hopefully it will soften up with use. Sales staff in the Queen st store were good but clearly still learning how to use the system and be confident we were ordering the right pieces to match the configuration I was looking for. Delivery experience was not great - review submitted separately. Time between ordering and delivery was very long (4 months), but support / help emails were responsive and helpful.

Avoid at all costs! I wish I could give Cozey zero stars. My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. Where do I even begin? First, the customer service was abysmal. Every time I reached out with concerns or questions, I was met with indifference and half-hearted apologies that felt insincere and rehearsed. It was clear they didn't care about my experience or satisfaction as a customer. The delays were endless. I was given multiple delivery dates, each one pushed back further than the last. When I expressed my frustration, they offered a pitiful compensation that was laughable considering the inconvenience and stress they had caused. When my sofa finally arrived - months later than promised - only half of it showed up! I had to wait over another week for the other half to arrive. It's as if they were purposely trying to test my patience. Throughout this ordeal, Cozey's lack of professionalism and inability to handle basic logistics was astounding. They seemed completely overwhelmed and incapable of managing their business effectively. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your furniture needs. Cozey has proven they don't deserve your business or your hard-earned money. I regret ever ordering from them and will be warning everyone I know to stay far away from this incompetent company.

We love our new couch!! Not only is the quality amazing, but the shipping was insanely quick! Living in a remote area I expected it to take awhile but our couch got here in less than 2 weeks of ordering! Our only issue was the instructions to put it together we not very clear and we ended up just winging it and that was easier lol.

The couch we ordered was the Altus in emerald green velvet. It is absolutely beautiful. The seat cushions are firm but the back cushions are so soft. Love the mid century vibe it has. Shipping took a couple of weeks to get here but still good. Fingers crossed the second part of my shipment arrives soon

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Tracking shows its been sitting in a nearby Canpar warehouse for over a week. Just trying to get a simple delivery date and both Cozey and Canpar have not been helpful. I understand shipping delays happen, but this is way beyond the 3-5 business day shipping that was promised. Also had issues during the ordering process.
