Canada | 08 January 2025I love the washable rug! Beautiful design and ‘cozey’ on the feet and good quality. Excellent price for an 8x10. The only reason I gave a 4 is bc the delivery was delayed and 3 times without notice (stated it would be delivered by end of day three separate times). When I contacted Cozey Customer service they were excellent and diligent with follow up. I would order from cozey again, but hope they contract a new delivery company.

Canada | 08 January 2025Still haven’t received my sofa… ran home as I got a last minute delivery notification and still nothing… also, I am now starting to see all the bad reviews regarding Canpar and the cushions going flat. Starting to reconsider my purchase. May cancel. At this point seems easier than dealing with all these issues and risking being unhappy.

Canada | 08 January 2025I’m absolutely impressed with the quality of this sofa—it’s the most comfortable one I’ve ever owned! The material is incredibly soft and cozy, making it perfect for relaxing. We purchased the Ciello in both white and beige, and both are stunning. My husband even says it’s the next best thing! Without a doubt, this has been the best addition to our living room. As a family with two kids and two dogs, the fact that every piece is washable is a game-changer. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing we can keep it clean and looking great. Assembly was super easy, and I love how versatile the design is. Being able to rearrange the sofa to suit our needs is such a fantastic feature. Although we experienced a delivery delay due to the delivery service mishandling things, Cozey’s customer service was outstanding. They stayed in constant communication, genuinely cared about resolving the issue, and helped every step of the way. When the delivery company lost a piece, Cozey immediately sent a replacement through a different courier. Their support truly exceeded my expectations.

Canada | 08 January 2025I ended up cancelling due to abysmal service. Canpar has had my rug for over a month and no contact, no attempt at delivery and Cozey also has done nothing to help. I did not choose the shipper - Cozey did and reading reviews this is an issue for many. I will wait for my refund. Completely unacceptable service.

Canada | 08 January 2025My version of the Cozey sofa seat was no longer available on the website, i noticed the attachmments were different looking. once I connected with agent on the chat they were able to confirm it was different and sent me an invoice with the old version so I could expand my existing sofa, not buy an entire new one - thank goodness! Great service.

Canada | 08 January 2025I have been thinking about getting a bigger couch for my large family for some time and decided I would pay a bit more, but choose a Canadian company. I spent all I had on this couch. The original delivery date kept changing which was clearly disappointing but the worse is that they would not communicate with me to let me know. The date would come and go and I would contact them and be advised. Fast forward 3+ months later and I still have to clue when it will arrive, if ever. According to Cozey it is with the courrier but they can’t give me a tracking or any idea when it will arrive or if it will even arrive together. As I live on the far East Coast, I can’t let them deliver this couch and leave it outside in the elements for this time of year, so I have to take time off work to be home all day… this is day 2 of staying home with no idea if this couch even exists. Truly disappointed, this is was a large purchase (5k) and I have been mislead the whole time and on top of that, they don’t even know where it is.

Canada | 07 January 2025So far the sofa looks and feels good only one day with it. Did notice a couple threads on the stitching that were hanging out. Delivery with Purolator was poor shipping came over multiple days ( 6days) and last shipment of sofa pieces took 4 days to arrive from prior delivered pieces.

United States | 07 January 2025I would love to give a five star review, but I was very frustrated by the delivery delays. When I reached out to the Cozey support team the response was basically that it was with the carrier and no longer your problem and I should just wait it out. Two hours on hold with Canpar over two calls and I have finally had the shipment escalated and it was delivered the following day. Now that I have it, I am very pleased with the rug - it looks clean, tidy and well put together. It was easy to set up and the instructions were excellent. I will look forward to seeing how well it washes when the time comes.

Canada | 07 January 2025I love the sofa I got, it is Corduroy Ciello XL. It is super comfortable and cozy! The only thing I am disappointed is the shipment, it was a long backorder due the port strike. We ordered in October and finally got one part in December and other part in Janurary. Overall I am very happy with the colour and the look of it.

Canada | 07 January 2025Missing Package/ Horrible Delivery I have now been waiting 6 days for my last package to be delivered and have gotten zero help from support on the situation. I received 6/7 packages for my couch and am still waiting on the delivery of the last package. Now I have been notified that my package is with the courier but have not received the delivery. I now have to wait another day for an attempt of delivery, where I need to be home to sign but work at a school and am unable to take time off, for Canpar to leave a notice of attempt and then wait another day to pick up my package. Overall this has been the most frustrating service and have felt like no solutions have been offered by the company. If this is the delivery service they chose to ship with, there is no support or solutions to dealing with them. Feels like they do not care once it has left their facilities.
