Quality seems good, assembly was easy. However, 2 of my 3 Stella media units had connectors that were either missing from its panel, or already broken. Have talked to customer service, hoping to get my new panels and connectors this week. Great product otherwise.

Service was prompt, positive, and extremely helpful. The associate who assisted me was very kind and helped to the very best of her ability.

The delivery was earlier than expected and then put it right on my door step. I order rugs which I love them. So easy with the under pads. Thank you Cozey. I sure will order in the future.

The best piece of furniture I have ever owned. The customer service is also amazing. Took less than a few hours to setup. Was not complicated at all. Packaging was very well done.

I haven’t received my order yet. When I check the tracking info it only says that a label was created. I emailed last night and still don’t have a response from Cozey and it is the next afternoon.

Ordering was clear and easy, delivery was quick, and putting the couch together was fairly easy with clear instructions on how to do it. It’s a very comfortable couch!

A few issues. First, we were told by Fed Ex, it was coming one day and waited all day and then it was delivered in 2 separate shipments over 2 different days. Fed Ex is terrible. For what we paid for the couch, over $2,500, it should have been delivered assembled. Also, the couch is not easy to put together as some of the pieces do not fit together perfectly and much time was spent trying to put it back together to make it perfect. I hope we are happy with this couch, but I will not recommend Cozey due to the poor delivery and the fact that the couch takes over 2 hours to assemble. For the amount of effort to assemble, it should have been much cheaper! Never again!

We still have not received one of the boxes. The rest of the delivery came on Dec 31. We need this box for our lounge. We were not notified of the missing box, and had to do some digging to find out what happened.

EXCELLENT product & customer service. Very very happy. Had a small issue and it was quickly & generously resolved. Highly recommend - with all the "cheap" companies that are almost scams out there, Cozey is the exact opposite.

Love the rug! Shipped faster than estimated and great quality. Got a 9x12 and not sure if it would actually fit in the washing machines but still love it! Would love to add a photo review but does not give option.

decent experience, the couch i got is not as comfy on the chaise i got, it seems flat and very uncomfortable to sit on. The shipping took a lot longer then expected and i am pretty sure i received the wrong couch initially.
