I was hesitant to purchase this sofa. I have never owned a modular couch. it arrived in speedy time, took us a little bit to figure out how to get it together but once you figure it out, it’s not hard. We bought one couch knowing that we needed to buy two, but I just wanted to make sure that it was what we wanted. The 30 day return policy was a contributing factor. We purchased the sleep sofa. It’s firm, but it would be fine to sleep on for a night or two. It was exactly what we were looking for. We will be purchasing an other one. Recommendation: place the sections as close to where you want the sofa. Its hard to move around once assembled.

In ordered swatches from 2 different companies and ended up buying from the other company due to price… MAJOR regret. The swatches from Cozey were so nice and high quality. I most definitely should’ve went with Cozey! Major regrets..

I'm obsessed with this rug. It came quickly, was SO easy to assemble (they get this 10/10!) and it looks amazing. My dog had an accident on it shortly after, and its the biggest version so getting it into a machine was not possible. I was able to clean it with baking soda and dish soap. Like brand new, and the white was back to white with no issue. So impressed

No issues with order. Received it when promised. Ordered pillows for a gift to match couch and they seem great so far.

It brings a very modern look for my space. Everyone who visited my house loved the sleek design. I love it too, no regrets. To note, this is quite like a sheet and does not have pile.

The sofa itself was easy to assemble, but that was about the only positive thing in our experience with Cozey. We found the couch to be very firm and not "cloud-like" which is how it's advertised. Sitting on the sofa always felt like we were sliding forward, not sinking in. We returned the sofa and had to wait over 3 weeks to receive a refund (though your policy states 3-7 business days), after multiple phone calls/follow ups with Cozey we were told everything looked fine on their end and to contact our bank, which we did and it turned out not to be an issue on our bank's end, but rather Cozey's bank that hadn't yet released the funds. This was very frustrating. Overall I would not recommend this sofa.

The company shipped my new couch very quickly. They were also very responsive when there was concerns around missing pieces and were happy to work with me to solve the problem. The couch is so comfortable and it was easy to put together. Great purchase!

The couch itself is nice but I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle for the price. From trying to arrange proper delivery to assembly, unless you have a lot of time on your hands and work from home, you’re probably better off going the traditional couch route. As well the feet base that come with the couches don’t seem to be very secure. Really good customer service but it took a fair bit of back and forth to get the items properly delivered and assembled. Would not shop Corey again:(

I ordered fabric samples before ordering which really helped me solidfy the fabric I wanted for the couch. Dimensions were accurate, therefore I ordered just enough furniture for the small space that I had. Delivery was effortless. I love the way the sofa was packaged!!! It made it so easy for us to take out, assemble and put it all together. It was easier than one would think, THANK YOU for that.

Very hard to put together. For a sofa bed this is not comfortable. It’s too stiff. I do like that it’s versatile. I don’t know if the sleep kit will make it more comfortable, I have not purchased yet. I don’t know if I will be using it as a bed. If you like firm cushions then this is for you.

It’s not as comfortable as I would like. Also after setting it up, it smelled like a warehouse for days and had a small beetle in one of the boxes! It came all the way from Thailand so I was worried. Instructions were generic and not for my specific configuration.

The couch wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped for. Especially for the price. It was easy to put together and take apart.

"I recently purchased a couch from Cozey, and while the product itself is good, the delivery experience was appalling. There was absolutely no communication about the arrival time, and they did not respect the scheduled day of delivery. To make matters worse, the boxes were left in the snow, resulting in damage. It was a complete hassle to deal with. Better organization and communication are sorely needed to match the quality of their products."

Absolutely LOVE OUR COUCH and it’s so comfy!!!

Fast shipping time and the couch is really comfortable and great in person. The couch delivered within 8 days of ordering it. The only downside is that the couch cushions do pill a lot.
