Despite the Ciello couch not meeting our comfort level, the whole process of ordering, delivery, return and refund were seamless. The cozey team was prompt to responds to any emails and calls. I am very pleased with their services and wouldn't hesitate to order other items from them in the future.

We love the comfort and durability of this couch. Our dog refuses to sleep in her bed and has claimed the Neptune as her own. It's great to lounge, sleep, and entertain with friends playing board games. Setup was a bit tricky as our orientation was different than the video with the bed's location, but once we got in a flow, it flew by. We love the ability to add to the couch as our family grows with it.

Fantastic service and sofa !

Shipping was really quick and we love our new coffee table. It's quite heavy and stable, and we really like that the lifting mechanism has gas shocks on it so it doesn't slam down, it has a very soft close. Very stable once lifted & locked in place, we eat on it every day. Assembly was easy too. Couldn't be any better for our tiny living room. There was some sticky residue on the corners where they had put protective plastic pieces during shipping, but easy to wipe away with acetone or rubbing alcohol. Just be aware that you don't put it directly on carpet or rugs out of the box (we set it on the cardboard) before you wipe it off.

Extremely happy with my Cozey couch. The couch I ordered came quite quickly. It was easy to put together. The couch is way nicer than the ones at the big box stores. Very happy with my purchase and happy to support a Canadian business.

Good couch, but poor customer service. I bought an L-shaped couch, but they delivered the wrong items for the corner section. After 24+ emails with images and detailed descriptions of what items I was sent/missing with the itemized box numbers, they failed to understand what the issue was and kept assuring me the item I was missing was somewhere in the package (They sent me two copies of the corner seat back rest rather than one copy and forgot to send the back seat cushions [not the lumbar support pillows]). I decided to return it because it was becoming a waste of time. It's been nearly two weeks since they recieved the return and have yet to process a refund.

A Month In I appreciate the couch coming in separate boxes. It made for an easier experience getting it in my apartment. Delivery - 5/5 I watched the instruction videos many times before deciding to purchase. It ended up being more difficult than I expected. I was hoping being modular, it would be easy to take apart to move. Once it is together, it is together! Assembly - 2/5 Once put together, I have been loving it. I find it very comfortable! Everyone who has come over and sat on it has said they like it. I love how the pillow cases come off to make it easy to clean. Couch - 5/5 **I recommend washing the pillow cases before putting the couch together. Mine came with a horrible factory smell that gave me a headache. Wash before putting it together!**

The coach is nice however it is to low to the ground, you can not clean under it and it is to heavy to move to clean. The cushions are not stronge enough to stay in place and the back cushions are to small. They bunch up everything you sit down.

I absolutely love my Neptune couch in leaf green, I was unsure if I could fit a three-seater in my space so I ordered two, and was able to purchase an extra seat with no issue!

stella media unit - i bought 3 of these with doors and they look fine, but don’t line up QUITE right no matter what you do. it’s not super bothersome, but enough to be annoying. while i like that the item is modular and id be able to add pieces if moving into a larger space, the sheer amount of legs makings sweeping annoying.

I’m very satisfied with the Vela chair I ordered from Cozey. It was quick to put together, great design. There was an error with the original shipment but the customer service rep I spoke to over the phone handled things politely and efficiently. The text chat and email correspondence were not helpful, I recommend calling with questions or issues.

We ordered replacement arm rests as our dog chewed one of ours and destroyed it. On the website it doesn’t say anything about the couch design being changed, but the replacements we ordered are entirely different from the original and won’t attach.

Delivery of our Ciello XL was painless, however the chaise cushion still has not expanded properly after several weeks and is flat and lumpy. Customer service offered me an exchange for an ottoman but frankly if the chaise cushion isn’t fit for purpose, don’t sell it.

I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of the couch and the customer service experience. I purchased this expensive couch in 2024, and it already looks like it’s years old. The cushions are sunk in, especially where someone has been sitting, which is a huge issue considering how much I paid for it. To make matters worse, the customer service has been completely unhelpful. The staff seems unqualified to handle simple issues, as I kept receiving the wrong replacement cushions over and over again, despite clearly explaining what was needed. The quality of the couch itself is terrible—far worse than I ever expected. For such a high price, I honestly expected much better, but instead, I’m left with a couch that looks worn out and isn’t comfortable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product!
