There was a slight communication error with fedex and after contacting customer service they were able to figure out where one of our pieces was and was delivered in the next two days. Overall very happy with the team and our new couch/ottoman!

I'm unable to connect the pieces. I removed everything from the boxes (that were unceremoniously left outside the gate next the road). I was able to do everything according to the guide. Now, I've tried every which way to pull it all together and I'm unable to.

The couch looks amazing, for being so solid it was still easy to put together. I loved that they were able to send fabric swatches in advance so I could choose the best one. The Ciello is super comfy (my pets think so too). I got the sunset beige, and it is a tad difficult to get pet hair off so keep that in mind if purchasing. The piece I am unhappy with is the plateau I added to the sectional. The plateau itself is good but the cushion comes packed differently than the rest of the cushions. It is rolled up super tight in a separate box and is extremely thin. It does come with a note advising it takes 14 days to fluff up to normal but after 4 weeks it’s still half the density and thickness of the other couch cushions causing it to look lopsided and of course not have the same comfort.

I had an issue with an ottoman bought over 1 year ago but the I hsd the best help from the team. So glad I bought my couch at Cozey.

We love this couch! We bought the Neptune Full Sofa bed with a left chaise (ordered beginning on Nov 2024 and arrived end of Jan 2025) - When building the couch, just make sure to follow the instructions on the box on which box to open first (we got too excited and opened random boxes and it was challenging to piece together) - great storage…all modules are storage :) practical for extra pillows, throws, bed sheets, etc - it’s very firm compare to other models, so if you like a firm bed/couch, then this couch is perfect for you. - easy to clean with a damp cloth, but you have to do clean it right away, don’t wait! - Be careful with Velcro items on the couch, it can get caught easily. - it’s flexible: you can keep adding or removing a module and the chaise is interchangeable: left or right, - get the 5yr warranty! If one module breaks, you do not need to send the whole couch, just the broken one!

Communication was awful with Cozey throughout the process. My couch was ordered in October 2024 and supposed to be delivered in November. When I went to look at the expected delivery date, the tracking had disappeared. When I reached out to the support chat, they said the new estimated delivery was Christmas Eve. I have never been notified about the delay. Because I was going to be away over the holidays, I had them put the order on hold to be released for delivery after the holidays. When I came back, I confirmed that the couch had been released for delivery. The expected delivery was three weeks later. I chatted with the team again to make sure this was accurate as I had additional travel planned. They confirmed the timeline. Then, one Saturday morning (earlier than they had estimated) I got a note that the couch was shipped and would be delivered that day. Around noon, the tracking changed with estimated delivery on the Sunday. It was very challenging to adjust my plans to ensure I would be in my condo for the delivery. The timeline given for delivery is not helpful at all. Cozey needs to allow customers to schedule the delivery or at least give more advance notice. The whole process was awful. I do love the couch and am very happy with the quality but getting to this point was miserable and would make me question ordering from Cozey again in the future.

We ordered a couch and it was a bit too big for our space when it arrived so we were able to send back just one section and make a couch that is perfectly customized to our space! it’s also very comfy and was pretty easy to put together (definitely a two person job but not awful).

I like my couch but my ottoman cover didn’t fit, otherwise super comfy

This is my second Cozey couch. They are comfy, look great and stand up to kids and pets. Both were easy to assemble and when I requested quick delivery for the second couch, they got it to me right away.

Processing and shipping times were decent and we were kept up to date with the progress. The ottoman was shipped later but we were aware of that beforehand. We got the Cielo sofa with lounge and ottoman, it has 3 seats but you could easily fit 4 people it's a large sofa! It's so comfy-cozy, the perfect sofa to chill and get comfy. The seat cushions are puffy, soft and comfortable and even if they seem more flat after you sit a while, they puff right back up when you get up (and I'm not a tiny person). My only (small) issue is the back pillows need to be rotated often if you're lounging around because they can easily get squished and need flipping or rotating so to look and feel better. I love snuggling on it watching a movie or having a nap after a long day, and 2 people can comfortably nap on it at once!

Getting fabric samples helped to make the right choice for my space. I placed my order for a three seat Neptune on January 31. Nine huge boxes arrived at my home a week later. Assembly took some muscle power, easier with two people but doable by oneself. This 81 year old woman did 70% of it. I could have done it alone if I had to. The fitting felt pads on the legs made it easy to slide the finished couch around to find the perfect spot. A small detail but a nice touch. The finished product looks great and I love it. I splurged on the sleep set. It is well packaged and fits into the seats. Nobody has spent the night on it yet, Four stars instead of five because only time will tell how well it lasts.

We absolutely love our new furniture. It's made very well and putting it together was much easier than I had expected. Shipping was fast and all the pieces were well packaged. Customer service was extremely helpful. I would order from them again.

We love our Cozey couch! It arrived earlier than expected and looks exactly as pictured. It is extremely comfortable, and our favorite feature is the depth of the seating. The fact it came in pieces meant we could fit it into our small apartment building, a huge advantage compared to other couches this size. Putting it together was easy. We have had it over a month now and are still thrilled with our purchase!

Ability to transfer products while renewing the trial period for at least 1 time would be great. The ciello is a great couch when sitting in the center but wood brim makes sitting to far on the edge of the modular piece uncomfortable.
