Purchased a very expensive outdoor sofa last year. (£1400) The sofa has now cracked in over 10 places. The sofa was oiled as requested and has not been exposed to any excessive weather conditions (under cover) Response from Beliani - Hello XXX, We do offer 24 months warranty on products that have hidden manufacturing damages. This unfortunately is not a manufacturing defect, sets like that need to be oiled regularly, we did provide you with the maintenance booklet alongside assembly instructions. If not maintained properly the wood will crack, which is also stated in mentioned booklet. I have consulted your case with the product manager, my supervisor and a manager. I was not given any other solution to your problem other than to offer you a free rain cover for the inconvenience caused.

Disappointed with the high delivery charge levied to send our purchase to Skye. Had to arrange our own alternative delivery address and onward shipping at less than half of the standard charge. Would advise you to look at using SJ Willan Transport to increase your business opportunities in Scotland. If we hadn't bought from you before we would have gone elsewhere!!

Unable to give a delivery date - we have a few trips coming up, so I am now anxious that item will be delivered whilst we are away. *Update* we were contacted by the delivery company, made arrangements to be in when delivery was meant to take place and then delivery company cancelled the night before. Hoping delivery takes place when rescheduled.

Setting up my account was a nightmare! House name not long enough. I needed 15 characters but was restricted to 10 only. When entering details it wouldn’t accept auto-fill and once typed out update seemed to be unreactive. It had in fact updated but you were not made aware. Now set up and order raised, but a very frustrating process.

Exactly what I have been searching for and a fantastic price.

Purchased a garden sofa for £800 and the quality is an absolute disgrace. Flimsy and cheap. The wood and cushions are both sun damaged within months of owning the product and the customer service team are dreadful. Avoid at all costs.

Great website - intuitive and easy to navigate. Love the products - lots of photos and dimensional drawing too.
