I paid for a bed in August 2021. I still haven't received it, Beliani didn't bother to tell me about a further delay, and are refusing to offer any kind of recompense, despite taking money 6 months ago. Shocking!

Purchased a sofa and was really disappointed with the quality and comfort. It flattened and was like sitting on the wooden frame after 3 days. Wanted to return but was told it would need to be in the original packaging - ridiculous considering the only way to see / try a sofa bought from them is to remove the packaging. They said i'd have to pay a private firm if i wanted to return the sofa (quoted £350) which was pointless. They knocked £100 quid off our £900 sofa and we're stick with a sofa we hate and find uncomfortable. Avoid this company! Update 13.03.22 They have had 29 reviews visible on the sofa advert since before xmas. Misleading and disingenuous.

Purchased a whirlpool, they delivered the wrong bath. I’ve contacted the team straight away letting them they sent the wrong bath. They said they would resolve it, however they left me hanging. I tried to asking for exchange from the WRONG bath they’ve sent to the one I Originally ordered they said I have to pay for the return of the wrong item they’ve sent. Other wise I won’t get no refund or exchange. The whirlpool is heavy and to pay for the return would cost £500. They still don’t want to resolve the issue and it’s their fault. won’t recommend for bath or heavy item purchase neither the service they provided. They lie

Purchased Horten set sofa and chair 12 months ago, the stuffing on one side of the sofa has disappeared and basically sitting on wood, have been in constant contact will Beliani no joy, warranty is worthless, after much coming and going they have given me a £250 voucher for their shop, asked if a I could have cash to go towards getting sofa fixed refused point blank. DONT waste your money on this furniture, it's not worth the £1499 , its poor quality and although says it states under warranty, it's not.

Very disappointed in the experience of buying from Beliani and would suggest looking elsewhere. The furniture quality is ok, but was tricky to assemble, and when we had to return a first purchase things really deteriorated. We commenced the return within 14 days but due to lack of original packaging, that we replaced at our own expense, we’re told it would be £60 for the return. That’s nearly 25% the cost of the furniture. Also upon the replacement being delivered it was dumped at our front door, preventing the door from closing so my partner had to move it up a flight of stairs alone just to be able to close our door. Can only recommend looking else where.

Please UK customers, stay away from this company. I spent £1,500 in buying two sofas from this company last November 2021. They arrived in late January. They look very different to what the company advertise. They are extremely uncomfortable to sit. I asked the company for a full refund, they originally agreed. Beliani also agreed to collect these sofas at no extra charge. But weeks later they changed of mind!! They are offering a £100 refund, and I need to pay about £500 in delivery charges to send these sofas to somewhere in the Midlands. Stay away, they are a scam. Really bad quality, and impossible to get the money back.

I wanted to write a review for this as I spent MONTHS looking for reasonably priced, decent quality garden furniture from a website that didn't have hoards of terrible reviews so hopefully it will help you if you're doing the same. Beliani's website was easy to use, the garden sofas were reasonably priced (I bought in the sale - 29% off) and most negative reviews seemed to be based around returns/refunds and website issues so I thought I'd commit to the purchase. I made sure I read the Ts&Cs, which I would recommend, so you know what you are entitled to do should you have issues. Once the order was placed, I got an email within 24hrs to confirm, then within a few more days I had confirmation it was being shipped from the warehouse (in Europe) and a UK courier would be in touch to deliver. They arranged delivery with me a few days later, so all in all it was less than 10 working days from order to delivery. The garden sofa (5 Seater Aluminium Garden Corner Sofa Set Grey POSITANO) was really easy to assemble and apart from a few very minor scuffs in places which wouldn't be visible, it had no damage or issues and overall it looks great! The cushions particularly are very thick and firm which a lot of only slightly cheaper options from other websites didn't seem to have. Also as it's a metal frame, it's very sturdy and supportive. Although we are yet to make regular use of it and will need to wait a good few more months for some warmer weather, we are very happy with it for the quality and price and would highly recommend. Only suggestion for Beliani for improvement is to reduce the single use plastic packaging that comes with the delivery, or at least use recycled plastic.

This is the second order we have placed with Beliani and easy site to use. First time I needed some help and the chat line was excellent. They obviously sorted my problem because this time "no probs"! Looking forward to receiving our order. If quality and delivery service is as good as last time, we wont be disappointed. Patricia

Hi I request a replacement for the product I've recently purchase: Velvet Fabric Sofa Bed Blue SENJA I weigh 60kg and the click clak mechanism simply broke with my weight on the back of the sofa On the website it was not obvious to me that I would not be able to lean my back on the back of the sofa. I request either a replacement or a refund (number on reference number is the invoice number) Thank you Danilo EDIT: they sent me another sofa as a replacement which now seems to be working ok!

Fantastic service.

Very VERY poor delivery service. They let me pick a date, I took some time off work to be in to receive it only to have it cancelled the morning of the delivery date.. I complained and they said their delivery slots aren't guaranteed so there's no saying when my sofa will turn up. Poor customer care not at all interested in trying to help.

Easy to communicate with and problem-solve

I tried to purchase the item through Klarna a number of times and this failed every time after the pending transaction was added to my credit card. I now have 3 x pending payments of £134.99 plus the £450 I have just paid for the item up front. There was no reason for this to keep taking my payment and then time out.

Great quality cowhide rug! Authentic and beautiful. I am a returning customer as I know with Beliani I am getting top quality.

Had beds before and good quality and comfortable

I'm in Scotland, and so disappointed that I have to pay £300 for delivery whereas if I were in England this would be free, as far as I can see. Otherwise, great website, chat and service, thanks.
