Absolutely thrilled that these Borneo lanterns are now back in stock! I have two already and they look so good that I wanted two more to go into recently refurbished bathroom. Thank you Beliani for such great service.

Bought a bed from here and I wasn’t sure what to expect at first. It arrived in less than a week and it was so simple to assemble. The quality is amazing, I have seen similar bed frames in other retailers for over £900! This was £296 which is a bargain!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Poorly made products, Paid over £300 for a table that’s basically MDF wrapped with vinyl wrap you get from B&Q, you spill water on the top and the wrap blisters and when you wipe dry the wrap comes away to reveal the MDF, also their poor excuse is that normal antibacterial surface cleaner is not an acceptable cleaner You won’t get a full refund or a replacement only a measly £30 partial refund or 20% discount to buy another table, You can only get the “365 day return” if you don’t open the box and then you have to pay for the delivery

The veneer quality on table tops is very poor. A minimum contact with sellotape will peel it off and even wiping the table top with wipe will cause bubbles to form on the top. Our table cost over £250, and it was a small one- not cheap at all. The after sale service is quite disappointing too, the response customers get is a generic 'we cannot establish how the product has been maintained' and this is enough to get away with any accountability on quality. Beware of buying Beliani products.

ive just placed order, i called to check and they were very helpful. ive ordered a sofa bed single. website is very clunky, i had to put in all details 3 times, just go slowly when you navigate! I will update stars when i receive item, they said 7 days. always good idea to call. they are based in switzerland and germany.

Bought a freestanding whirlpool bath which was delayed on delivery although we accepted this. The installation was delayed and exceeded the 30 days of reporting a fault due to issues with the build project. Once installed by qualified tradesman it was apparent that the jets did not work. Approached customer services who requested pictures etc , on receipt of information the supplier confirm fault with on/off switch. What I did not expect is that it was expected that the spare part would be sent out in the post and I was responsible for installation and completion of the repair. Please be very careful as never in my life have a been expected to carry out the repair of a faulty product within its warranty period. The Customer service kept in referring to the warranty t & c that the bath installation is the responsibility of the customer ( correct and we again accepted ) but there is nothing in the statements to say that any repairs are to be carried out by the customer even in warranty period. After extensive communication I have been offered £50 towards getting the brand new bath to work. In addition I asked how this would impact the warranty moving forward but no one would answer Absolutely disgusted in the whole process and please be careful if looking to purchase this type of product
