Refused to tell me which level of service I needed. Got tired of waiting for delivery, and discovered I could get what I needed for free instantly over the phone. But yes, they did deliver the right answer, which raised them from a 1-star rating. Call your cellphone's original network provider before sending money to these jokers. Re their reply: Good to know that they WILL deliver an unlock code if I ever buy a cellphone out of the trunk of a car at a flea market. That's how I read their irrelevant response.

I ordered the Alcatel unlock code from this site. The site claimed that they could unlock ALL Alcatel phones for $18 USD. So, I gave them all of the requested information. They were pretty quick to respond but stated that the code could not be found. I responded that I failed to understand as the site states they can unlock ALL Alcatel phones. The only response back was, "The code was not found. You will receive a refund.". No apology, no further explanation or offering of an alternate service. They did refund my money but this is the first time I used their service and will definitely be the last. Don't list on your website that you can unlock ALL Alcatel phones when you can't.
