For that you got a 3 because it out of your control. However you are colleague was very professional and didn't make me want to come to the phone and strangle him. For not delivering. I actually moved you to a 4. Then you told me I wasn't getting my money back because of the fine print. Delete inappropriate language. You became a 2. At the end I felt bad but taking you to where you are today one. Because after all of this and backward forth with this technical guy he did not pick up that I was "not technical". You should have picked that up because I should have known if I was technical, I would have known that this phone cannot be unlocked once it's rooted. I feel stupid abiut this experiemce. But at least your company seem to be just as gobsmacked as I was so i wasn't insulted. I will give you a company customer service don't say no if you can't say yes provide another to deluver for me. Here is a lesson we can learn from. Customer the ability to do your job for you. Somewhat confident I'm sure I could have done your job for you and you don't want to Virgin money. Don't give him the work needed to deliver an unlocked cell phone. If it required to take extra time and effort and special steps for this solution be delivered. you should have realize I was not the solution. you were the solution. you should have carried through done the extra work and I would love to Forever. right now, I'm less than mildly indifferent and $60 poorer because I had to buy a busted up phone to transplant a motherboard into it. I didn't need that expense. that was a waste of money. You are 1/5* and owe me $73
