I Never recieved my code, This company is BS. Also as you should know by now, Charging for unlocking your phone is illegal. Contact your carrier.. They'll unlock it for free and and in no time. These guys Take DAYS. If not EVER.

first code was 16 digits and did not work. I sent an email which was responded to promptly and the issue was resolved by using the last 8 of the 16 digits.

Bought a second hand phone off Kijiji and the seller swore it was unlocked; it wasn’t and when I contacted him, he tried to charge me extra money to do so.
