My experience at Gentle Dental Care has always been excellent but today I want to mention Dr. Mish,Nancy and the team for the care provided for my gum disinfection and treatment. Their approach is not only so calming and reassuring but highly educational. They guided me and explained everything with wonderful manners. Thank you for your hard work!

I came to Gentle Dental Care (on 392 Wickham Road, Croydon) a couple of weeks ago for three appointments. The waiting room was clean and inviting...hot and cold drinks were available. The dentist room was amazing! It was the best surgery I have been to till now. It has a beautiful garden. Everything was explained to before treatment began. The staff were very professional, and I intend to come for treatment here again. I am grateful to the staff of the surgery, in particular Dr Sachdev, for taking care of my gums, teeth and my smile

excellent dentist!! they was brilliant with my partner and the prices and estimates are fair compared to other dentist. now it's my turn to start my journey and get me teeth sorted. I like that they don't judge you and want to help you. I've been suffering so bad with toothache I had a damaged nerve and the tooth couldn't be saved. he fitted me in Coz the tooth was bad amd he wanted to get me our of pain. they really looked after me aswell. so impressed with this dentist and I will be starting my journey with them amd wouldn't think of going anywhere else. thankyou Adam for getting that tooth out feeling much better for it.

As someone who has an acute phobia to injections, especially where dentists are concerned, it took me over two years to build up the courage to make an appointment to visit the practices of the Gentle Dental Care Group, which has a surgery close to where I live. My initial appointment was with Dr Mish Sachdev. In my initial meet with Dr Sachdev, I outlined to him that I had long thought about having teeth implants to replace dentures that I had being wearing but which I found uncomfortable. I outlined to Dr Sachdev, my deep fear of having the dental treatment that I suspected having teeth implants would entail. However, after speaking with Dr Sachdev and him being totally honest and transparent with me about what the implant treatment would entail, I was completely satisfied and reassured with his answers to my long list of questions that I had on this matter and was greatly relieved that he would be the person performing this procedure on me. Dr Sachdev went through every minute detail about the cost of treatment, what the treatment would entail, the length of time it may take for my gums to heal before the implants were ready to implanted and the teeth finally fitted. Nothing was rushed and my needs as a patient were always paramount to both Dr Sachdev and his team when I visited his surgery for my appointments. I was always kept fully informed as to what treatment would to be performed on each and every appointment made during my treatment. Dr Sachdev showed great competency, professionalism, and above all, excellent patient care in all dealings I had with him and his team. I would highly recommend Dr Sachdev and his team to both family and friends If they ever wanted to undertake tooth implant surgery.

Hi dear I have pleasure to working for Tony as a Painter we agree job for day rate . Then she changing mind saying I don’t finish my job. I said I need one more day . She refuse . I said ok she finishing yourself . On the end she don’t paying me for my day of work which I done. I really had enough of people who are judging me . I really highly recommend her for working . Very honest person and reliable.

After needing to be seen at short notice,I was attended to with professionalism, friendliness and a faultless service from Dentist Ali and his dental nurse. I have used this dental practice for a number of years for checkups and hygiene work, and they are well organised, efficient, attentive and caring. I wasn't looking forward to my latest treatment of an active deep gum clean and subsequent hygiene care. I shouldn't have worried at all. The initial consultation with Dr Mish was comprehensive and informative and the scan to determine the work to be done was completely painless. The active disinfection phase where they deep clean your gums around the teeth was split into two, which made it completely manageable. Whilst you are conscience that rectification work is being done, a little bit more intrusive than a standard clean, it's absolutely fine, and your gums feel much better after. Dr Mish did a great job. The subsequent hygiene care is completely standard but important to consolidate the work done on the active disinfection. As always, Aziz does a great job. It is important to get into the routine of using the inter dental brushes on your teeth alongside the standard electric toothbrush. It takes a while to get used to to it, when you start but quickly becomes efficient and quick. It avoids the need for a further deep clean! Bottom line. If you are advised you need a deep gum clean, don't put it off. You will feel much better with heathy gums and the process to get there is really worth it.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this practise. I’ve been with them for years and Iain and Karen are just the best ones and always put me at ease - professional, pain free visits every single time- without the fail.

This was my 2nd treatment and it was very good. I was amazed at how my mouth felt so light from the 1st treatment and now having the 2nd side done, my mouth feels refreshed. Healing quicker. Team were very informative and I felt so at ease in their care, no nerves. Looking forward to my follow-up

I don’t remember the name of the dentist but I think is Alman he looks like Indian or Paquistanês ethnicity . I had two problems , the crown fell off as well , I was in severe pain ,cause I was grinding my teeth, even though I asked him to stop touching the back of my jaw cause it was very painful he kept poking the same place , so insensitive and the way he communicate is very rude. After he lifted the chair, and I had to ask him to put a filling to protect the area. as the crown did not fit anymore . In a previous appointment I was attended by Dentist Emily not friendly either . The only person with excellent manners and professionalism was the receptionist Sky . I will never go back to this practice again luckily I found a wonderful dentist in an another practice .

I wish I could give a rate of zero to Gentle Dental clinic's dental hygienist named B. I never ever had such an unprofessional experience with any other dental hygienist for my dental cleanings in the past. I felt like I was deceived by her conduct and am wondering what kind of training she had as a dental hygienist. She was reluctant to clean my teeth properly, did not care about my teeth sensitivity and skipped dental polishing. She was treating me aggressively, giving me the impression that I was no body and she was fully in charge! However, I was charged $199.00 by the front desk staff!! I do not recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

My lovely dentist is so kind and caring. She doesn't carry out any unnecessary work and she remembered where I had gone on holiday. Very impressive personal service. The hygienist treated me as an individual, took time to engage with me and check my general health. She was very gentle and attentive throughout and gave appropriate advice for future dental care. Very satisfied with the service including efficient receptionists who provide timely reminders of appointments.

The most clean, relaxing, friendly dental practise I've been too. Used to be a patient here a few years back. As soon as you walk through the door your put at ease by the friendly staff. The dentist explains everything so you can understand and is more than happy to explain if there's something you don't understand. I was expecting to walk away with a dental plan costing £1000's but I didn't. I'm more than happy with £2100 and it's not payable in 1 go, you pay as your treated. Actually looking forward to my next appointment and get the ball rolling.

I had an emergency as I was in so much pain with my wisdom tooth I called for an appointment at 8am and I got one by 11:20 the same morning to see the dentist. The service was excellent
