Fitters were punctual, polite and efficient. Carried out the work with great attention to detail and left my home spotlessly clean.

Deciding to replace my conservatory was a very good decision. I’m delighted with the result. Throughout the process Goatleys have been excellent-from the initial assessment to the final build they have been friendly, helpful and supportive. Nothing has been too much trouble and everyone seems determined to give the best possible service - and with a cheerful attitude The attention to detail has been impressive and I would certainly recommend them. The resulting conservatory is a great addition to my house and will be much enjoyed. They also replaced some large windows for my elderly relative and were extremely pleasant and efficient.

What a brilliant experience with R&D Goatley. The door is wonderful and the tradesmanship was brilliant. It was not an easy ask as brick work had to be removed to get what we wanted. The new door and side windows had made such a huge difference to our house.

A beautiful door and newly designed side window with leaded lights to exactly match the front windows of my property were fitted efficiently with minimum disruption to me. I am delighted with the result not least that the entrance porch is warmer and brighter as the inside of the door is white whereas before it was a dark wood colour.

This is the third time we’ve used RD Goatley Ltd. In the 1990s we had 3 windows and a door installed, in the 2000s a window and two doors installed. This time round it was a much bigger job…7 windows, 2 doors, soffits, fascia and guttering. Each time RD Goatley has done a superb job. R&D Goatley installed a new front door and side windows unit in our new house and did a great job. This is the second time in 4 years we've purchased from them. They installed 2 doors in our last house. The end result workmanship has been excellent and most notably, their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. The entire Goatley family team are great. They were all very patient and helpful during the whole selection process to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The installation went smoothly and professionally with no mess and a quick follow-up to ensure everything was satisfactory. We were told that the doors might need adjustment after a year's bedding in, but so far they are continuing to work perfectly and nothing has been needed - and that's after three years! Everything works beautifully and our neighbours also chose Goatley on the strength of our experience and have been equally delighted. Being a review written many months after installation, you have the assurance of knowing the products and work stand up well and that these are not words written in the first flush of installation.
