Incredible service from R & D Goatley from sales to completion - we literally can not find a fault anywhere. When discussing our needs and measuring up (Simon, Jordan & Dave), we found all staff incredibly helpful, understanding and knowledgeable with suggestions. When fitting, the team we had (Bradley, Adrian, Harrison, Freddie, Dan) all were impeccably professional - working diligently, neatly and incredibly hard from the moment they got here till when they left. They worked from room to room cleanly and quickly, with little disruption to our household or inconvenience and cleaned up after themselves at every point. Any issues are communicated clearly and resolved quickly. All staff at Goatleys are personable, professional and approachable - a credit to their name. So, when you receive this customer service (a rarity in this day and age) it’s easy to forget the quality of the product. As soon as they are fitted, you see the difference. They are superb quality, with extra vents and touches that take it from the ordinary to the extraordinary. Our windows and front door complete our home, with the hallway seeming bigger, thanks to the extra light. It’s easy to see why this family run business has such a fantastic reputation on the South Coast - the service we have received across the board is superb and I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

The service and attention to our requirements from R&D Goatley was exceptional from the entire team - nothing was too much trouble as we adapted the order to our specific requirements. The fitters, Kris and Dan, could not have more helpful, guiding us with the decisions for some of the smaller, but important, details during the fitting process. Great local double glazing window and door company. We chose them as we live close by and the owners are all local to us. Great service from start to finish, knowledgable but in no way pushy sales people, installers were lovely, and we are very happy with the finished result. Will go back next year for some additional windows that we couldn’t afford this time around and I feel comforted that the company are close by in the unlikely event anything goes wrong down the line. We had some particular requirements for our replacement windows. The guys from Goatley took some photos of our ideas and turned them into reality. We are extremely pleased with the results, being in our opinion far better than we expected. Additionally, the fitters (Chris and Dan) turned up as scheduled to carry out the installation. We have had other firms supply and fit windows and Goatley’s are far and away the best leaving our home clean, and a very neat installation inside and out. We are so pleased that we have ordered a new front door from them too. If you need replacement windows and/or a new door, use Goatley’s, you won’t regret it.

We are very pleased with our new windows. The installers were polite and very hardworking. We thought we would have to redecorate throughout but there is no need - they have left every room clean and tidy.

Purchased some sliding doors, new back door and window from Goatleys. Really excellent experience. Great advice on what doors and windows to choose, they helped us source a builder to take out a wall, and they really went the extra mile - they even spray painted the dog flap we had installed in our back door to match the door colour - amazing. Very reliable and would highly recommend them.

Goatley have recently completed fitting new double glazed windows with an acoustic layer. I have been most impressed with the first class service from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone who wants piece of mind throughout the process that they are to receive this service and a great product. I think it makes a difference that they all have a pride in working together as a team for a local family company that have been trading for decades and they want their good reputation to continue so people can continue to have confidence in them, the service and the products. One of the fitters brought it home to me when he told me how long he had worked for the company and described that you will get the same quality fitment from all their fitters and he had a pride in the company and the feeling of being the best. I would recommend visiting the showroom as I did. I spoke to Simon Goatlley and he listened to what I wanted and why. I was keen to have triple glazed windows primarily to cut down on noise a bit more than normal double glazing. After showing me products and answering all my questions we agreed my reasons for triple glazing could be better and more cost effectively achieved by a good double glazing product shown to me with an acoustic layer. He came and did a home survey and answered more questions. This was followed up by their own surveyor and more chance to discuss the job and product. I am pleased to say the fitters turned up without delay on time and did a great job and i am very pleased with the end result and meeting my original objectives. Everyone from Office staff, Surveyor, fitters have been spot on and for me were a well oiled team - thanks.

A few years ago I had R&D Goatley install new windows and doors the installation went really well. As with everything things wear and parts go wrong. R&D Goatley have supported me unquestionably always fixing issues at no cost to me, the service that I have received has been with out question outstanding. Thier response times have nearly always been the same day and always carried out a clean and tidy repair or adjustment. An thoroughly dependable company with a reliable workforce.Thank you for your support over the years I am so glad we selected a local independent company to carryout the work that we required.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. R&D Goatley have replaced my windows and doors in two phases over the past year. I am extremely happy with both. The second lot were installed by Joe and Bradley, lovely lads who were still smiling at the end of the day even although one of them was soaked through due to rain. Would definitely recommend, well I have already, and will use again. What other DG companies can say that? We also had a bespoke decorative panel crafted for our door, the result was stunning please pass on thanks to the company who made this for us.

Goatley's installed a new English door company front door, and window alongside. This is the third time I have dealt with this company, and as always it was an absolute pleasure. The staff are so helpful, and really go the extra mile. The quality of the products and the installation is excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very pleased with all our new doors and windows. The team were always prompt, professional and paid great attention to detail in the design stages. A couple of issues that didn't go to plan initially but did get rectified fairly quickly. But at the end, massive thanks to the Goatley team for being so patient and upgrading the look of our whole house.
