Goatley’s have fitted 9 windows, French doors and a back door to my property last week. They were recommended to me by a friend but have still exceeded my expectations. I have been impressed from the initial advice of which design to choose for an old property to the friendly, punctual and professional fitting and the customer care from the showroom staff. The attention to detail taken in the finishing inside and out of the windows was exceptional. I cannot recommend Goatley’s highly enough.

The team did an excellent job of replacing front door , two front windows and widows and door in my sun lounge. There was a problem with the front door and this was dealt with efficiently and put right. Very pleased with the finished result. I have no hesitation in recommending R&D Goatley.

Very impressive! We were nervous about replacing the windows in our old cottage where nothing is square or level but the Goatley team tackled the job with enthusiasm and produced a spectacular result. We had expected to have a considerable amount of finishing work to do but there really is nothing, and we're embarrassed to say that the house is probably cleaner now than before they started work! The replacement windows are clearly high quality and sound reduction is remarkable. The crew were good humoured, polite and professional. They all worked extremely hard and clearly took great pride in all aspects of the installation. Even the singing was almost in tune! In this competitive day and age a company can't survive for 49 years without maintaining a consistently high reputation and standards, and Goatleys obviously achieve this. Very highly recommended!

Great experience from start to finish. Quote was provided very quickly and we quickly proceeded to book in the work. They gave us a lead time of around 6 weeks, but it was probably no longer than 4 weeks before the window was in. We had one window replaced so it really only took Joe, our fitter, a few hours work. Joe was polite, attentive and went above and beyond to give us the best service.

The team did a very efficient same-day installation with no fuss or bother. The doors look great, and all our queries were answered during a few visits to the showroom. Used goatleys for windows in a conservatory rebuild I did a couple of years ago and had no hesitation to use them again to replace the bay windows in my house.
