I recently had my windows and front door replaced by R & D Goatley, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the service from the team had been exceptional. First, the consultation process was smooth and informative. The team at R & D Goatley were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect windows and door to match my home's style and my personal preferences. This was a big job with 18 window replacements, some re-glazing panels, and a new front door. They took the time to explain all the options, and I never felt rushed or pressured, which was very important to us with such an investment. The installation process was seamless and professional. The installers arrived on time, were courteous, and worked efficiently. They took great care to protect our home, laying down coverings to protect my floors and cleaning up thoroughly afterward. I am looking forward to experiencing the energy efficiency come winter time, but we have already noticed a significant reduction in outside noise levels. The new front door is a showstopper. The sealed glass units for our patio doors started to fail almost 5 years after fitting. On contacting them Goatley Ltd quickly arranged to review the situation, agreed that there had been a problem in manufacture and replaced the units under warranty. I was impressed by the efficient way that this was all dealt with.

We have just replaced over 20 sash windows and french doors in an Edwardian property. Because it was such a big job we went to several companies before choosing Goatleys, and were not disappointed. The windows are fantastic and the fitting team were punctual, polite and careful. It was no problem to have Alex and the team in the house. All snagging was sorted quickly and our decorators who followed on agreed that they hadn't seen such careful fitting before. They made good recommendations and coordinated some other specialist workmen to deal with stained glass to preserve it. The work is so good that I don't expect to have to use Jordan and the team again but I would happily recommend them to anyone else.

We changed all our windows and doors in our 3 bed semi detached house. Jordan Goatley came round to quote and was friendly and informative without being pushy. Installation went well about 6 weeks later. Alex and the team were friendly and efficient and finished on schedule. One window had a minor defect but I’m happy that a replacement has been ordered and will be fitted without a hitch. Jordan was always available to communicate with when I had questions. I have had a few jobs completed by Goatley's, from replacement of misted window glass to a new front door with side panels. When I contact them the whole Goatley team are always friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, offering much appreciated advice on which product will meet my requirement. They use extremely good quality products at a very good price. When I had my new door installed the fitters were great and left the area that they worked in clean and tidy when they left. We have a Victorian property and have tried to maintain the original sash windows for the past 25 years but they had reached a point of no return . We got in contact with Jordan at Goatleys and he was incredibly helpful and completely understood what we were trying to achieve. Have had three windows and a door replaced and they are brilliant. Incredibly good quality and the fitting and attention to detail is amazing. Joe and Bradley who did the fitting are very skilled and clean workers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top quality replacement windows/doors ( I think they do conservatories as well !) and excellent all round service from start to finish

This is the 2nd time we have entrusted Jordan and team at R & Goatley’s to undertake installation and fitting of our new windows and Front Door. From start to finish all aspect of our design and needs were considered. Communication was open and we were kept informed at all stages from inquiry to completion. The result is the highest quality product and installation that is flawless and really has upgraded the look of our house. The fitting team were meticulous, tidy, polite and considerate. Disruption and mess were kept to a minimum and associated damage was negligible. We will return again and again as our needs and new work is required

The thing that shows more than anything is.... they care ,...and they take pride in their work . We are absolutely thrilled with all our new windows , French doors and new front door . I had a non-standard set of requirements for my replacement windows, wanting them to match as far as possible my existing leaded light timber windows. Simon was very knowledgeable about the products, worked with me to get the spec exactly right over several iterations, and the resulting cost was very competitive. He worked through issues with the manufacturer and the installation team were great: professional, clean, tidy and considerate and I’m super pleased with the end result.

Needed new soffits and a new front door. Great advice given in the showroom and all work completed to a high standard fitted by highly motivated staff. Very professional throughout and highly recommended.

When we decided we wanted a new front door we visited their showroom in Portslade. From the moment we walked through the door to the installation of the door itself the service has been fantastic. Simon spent a long time going through the various choices. He was very patient and gave us time to mull over our decision. The installation went very smoothly. When a couple of problems did occur, not of their making, I might add, they were extremely understanding & helpful. One problem was me locking myself out! I can’t recommend R & D Goatley high enough. They are amazing.
