My youngest, 7 year old, has begun taking lessons with Novakid. Overall, the experience is good. He enjoys the classes, warm-up and also the activities and games available on the website. He’s making progress, it’s lovely to see him communicate with his teacher. Everything is organized, scheduling and rescheduling is easy and fairly convenient, they send reminders which are very helpful.

Novakid is a great tool to learn English. Great, professional, premium teacher. Recommend!

Both of my kids are learning English with Novakid fir over more than a year and they had advanced amazingly! My younger kid didn't know English at all and now he chats and understands at such a high level! The teachers are pleasant and engaging and both of my kids them enjoy the lessons and look forward to them.

I am having very bad experience, I asked to cancel the subscription and return for my money right after the payment and I wrote about 20 messages to support center and no one is answering!

Terrible connection issues on the teacher's side. 4/6 lessons I tried to have were cancelled 5 minutes after(!) It was suppose to start because of tech issues, with no compensation. My daughter was more disapointed then learned something, and I'm still waiting for my money back. Don't even start!!!
