My son enjoys the classes so much

It’s a personal lesson for about 25 min each. School teacher couldn’t engage my daughter in learning English, Novakid teachers did. And it means a lot. All lessons are interactive, have a bit of homework. The platform is user friendly and customer service is helpful. Overall, would definitely recommend them.

The sessions are 25 minutes. Outlr kids teacher (Rachel) is fantastic and deserves 5 stars. The reason for four stars is the lottery of replacement teachers... The last one left my kid in tears. Fortunately, it doesn't happen often.

Overall the experience is very good. There's a gap in the lesson plan - for kids from countries with non-latin alphabet, learning the ABC requires more effort, and I feel that's not addressed. There are also a couple of kinks in the app. However, I feel my kid is learning and is engaged, and that the important thing.
