My daughter only took 6 lessons so far and I can already see improvement! She really likes her teacher, and she is happy to learn (which is usually not fun for her..) The hours are very flexible, and there is lots of extra content and games on the website\app. I can see my daughter is also willing to talk in English too, which she was afraid to do before Novakid. Now she is willing to try to actually speak in English.

The teacher wasn't sensitive to the kid, she used the same method that didn't worked until the kid wanted to stop the lesson. Also, the techer connected 5 min after the lesson begon and had repeated connectivity issues.

The platform isnt so friendly. The taecher was great.

Before the registration I was told that I have 14 days to notify of cancellation and then I will be charged only for the part in which lessons were performed. My daughter only did one lesson and then I asked to cancel. Since then they really frustrate me. I received a message that I have classes until January and after that it will not continue. I don't want until January, I don't want at all. A company that extorts money from people and cheats. I'll make sure everyone knows about it on the networks. Give me my money back immediately! thieves

Cons: The class isn't taylored for the kid's knowledge. The teacher isn't aware of what the kid already knows and what is his level. The sound quality is lacking. There aren't enough available slots in our afternoon hours.

My daughter has been studying with Novakid for about a year. Before she started, she claimed that she was not good at English, did not understand, did not dare to speak in English or answer aloud in class at school. I like the most that the teachers are professional and very nice. The lessons are adjusted to the girl's personal level. She has been studying in Novikid for almost two months. 2 meetings a week. The girl expanded her vocabulary and improved her grammar and that's what matters to me. The lessons are also delivered through games and stories.
