I'm pleased to share my positive experience with Novakid after enrolling my two daughters a month ago. So far, we're all enjoying the platform and the teachers. The learning environment is engaging, and I'm hopeful that my children will make great progress in English.

After subscribing, I want to cancel the subscription, it takes several days to answer me, and after answering me, still not sure I’m getting refunded. Service is measured when something is not by the book.

The interface is very easy to use. I like that we can try different teachers before we choose the one that we like best and the we can sign up for regular lessons with her. I also like that the teachers are very aware to my child's level and adjust the lessons.

I signed up for a period of a month, so it said in the website. This month it means I have 5 weeks- 4 lessons a week comes to 20 lessons all in all Now I was told that it was a mistake and it is actually 4 weeks and after that I got no reply even though I tried contacting you many many times. First of all- it is your mistake. your fault. you need to pay. Second of all- why doesn't anyone contact me?
