Our ordering experience was simple and quick, and our plants arrived looking amazing! I also ordered some 4" pots and some hanging baskets. Their supplier was out of what I ordered so they called me to give me an opportunity to order something different. I considered that professional service, and the personal touch I enjoy from company's I do business with.

Our first order came damaged in shipping due to handholding and cold. They were very responsive and fair with a refund. Our second order came flawless with very healthy plants. Our order of pots and trays came quickly and again they were responsive with tracking info. We look forward to our other shipments coming! The freight is a little pricey, but we are located in PA and not a charge they could influence I'm sure. It may be better for us to coordinate less weekly deliveries in the future.

The Lavender plugs I ordered have been shipped and boxed very well. The condition they were in upon opening was also very good so far.I have more coming, but so far have been very happy with the quality.

The customer service was great when I had the issue but all of my plants were put into the box the wrong way so when it was shipped UPS sent the box with the arrow facing upwards just as they should however, all plants were upside done in the box itself. We had a lot of our plants damaged in this process, I am working with one of the customer service reps to rectify the situation
