Most of the product I ordered was acceptable in quality. The 'provence' lavender was completely unacceptable to be shipped in the state it was shipped to me. There is no way they could have passed for ROOTED plugs by any nursery professional I know. I would vastly have preferred to receive a notification that my 'provence' plugs were not ready to ship yet, and have NC farms send them when they are actually rooted, than to receive them in the state they shipped. I dissected several plugs to be sure I was correct: there were no roots present. Besides having no roots, the cuttings were clearly stuck too far into soil. The growth points were buried. Who do you have propagating? I tried to salvage the poor cuttings but of course most of them died when I moved them from the plug flat they arrived in. What was the point of buying rooted plugs from you guys? I won't do it again. Other varieties were not as bad as the lavender, but for the price it will not be worth returning as a customer.

Order came on time! Plants made the trip well and looked good when I got them. Great service, highly recommend.

The company sells a great, quality product, however the trip from North Carolina to southern MI is sometimes a rough one. It’s no fault of the company and they do a great job to insure minimal damage.

several trays of the plants they sent were really undersized and not well rooted at all. they probably needed another 2 weeks grow time before they were ready to ship. one tray got pretty ruined in transport. Instead of just offering full refunds for the undersized and damaged trays they had us count plants and pay for the ones that had survived.

I wasn’t at school when the flowers were delivered but the driver called me, twice! He called to make sure I got them and told me where they were. Who does that? Apparently they do and I couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to order from them again!

Plants a little leggy but that gives me a chance to pot them up deeper. They had a rough ride through UPS but didn’t loose to many.
