The plants arrived fresh and healthy!

My succulents were on the top of a large box, but I think that they were a little bit too heavy. They were okay, but the trays underneath shifted way too much. Otherwise, everything else was fine

We are so happy with our plants! My school is putting together planters for our garden fundraiser. This was such a time saver as we didn’t have room to start all of these seeds. We can’t wait to let the kids assemble the planters next week!

This was better then expected! As a new business trying to get off the ground this site has been extremely helpful and the quality, packing and quick shipping could not have been more perfect!

My order of plugs that was brought on a grower truck was just left inside my greenhouse on a Friday afternoon. No attempt to call me even though my number was on the slip. Thankfully I went by on Saturday to unbox and water them.

I was pleased with the whole process. Online order was easy and user friendly. shipping via company truck was good, plants were healthy and arrived as expected, and communication was good throughout the whole process.

I didn't get everything that I ordered despite showing full quantity when I did order. I'm a new account, so I chalked it up to that. Some of the plugs were sitting on top of each other from shipping, but they did go back in the trays easily. Not really the fault of NC Farms. I will definitely use them again, overall it was a good experience and being able to order smaller quantities was a huge deciding factor to use them in the first place

I had an order of plugs and some were damaged in processing and shipping. I reached out to Elizabeth and she fixed it right away!

The company is super easy to talk to. There is never any confusion about the order. They keep you updated well on your plants when they will ship, if they don't have all of what you need before it ships, etc. All of the plants come in great condition! This is our second year ordering from North Carolina Farms, and we haven't been disappointed either time! I highly recommend ordering from North Carolina Farms.
