All our plugs came healthy, not crushed ,packed extremely careful..your driver came from hundreds of miles to hand delivered to my husband before 6 am..was thrilled driver called to meet at end of driveway where cattle gates were locked..was Frosty morning your driver took notice and called to reassure our tender plants didn't freeze!! Thank you for being a nursery that goes literally the extra mile! Always appreciate your care for your products and customers. Thanks for another successful grow season!!

Always have had good customer service from ordering to delivery, and if there is a issue it is taken care of.

I like the convenience to order online directly. I didn't like the customer services: 1, it's my 1st time order from NCF, I called to conform about the best freight -8 trays in a box, she said I was good. 2. it came with 2 boxes, which means I paid extra for shipping, some trays are just with 1/3 plants, she could definitely contacted me and told me this and I will add more instead of wasting the space. 3, I contacted the customer service team afterward and was told I still paid less than the estimated freight, B.....t! I could have paid even less on the freight and use the money to buy more plants. I put many plants in the cart but now I am hesitate to order more from you guys

I was very pleased with the condition of the seedlings I received. They were healthy, well-rooted but not rootbound and free of insects and disease. They were carefully packaged and shipped well.

I would have gave 5 star, but some of the plants had root rot, stuff happens. Customer service is fantastic and responded promptly and is replacing our damaged plants. 5 star on customer service! Rest of plants are in great health!

Some plants were dumped from the trays. Lost 2 full trays of coleus because they were dumped out and not root bound enough to save.

I can always count on top quality plants from NCF. This year when I received my order, I received an item that was not the color I had selected. Jeremy assured me he would find the right plant, which he did, and my replacement was sent the very next day. This is definitely the kind of company to do business with.

The plants looked good and healthy upon arrival. The only issue I had was the shipping. I understand this was not a NC farms issue, it was most likely a UPS issue. My plants all arrived in a pile in my box because of rough shipping. Ordering a full box of plants would be easier to ship and harder for UPS to destroy. Perhaps bubble wrap can be added to the top of future half packed boxes. Other than that great experience!

Ordered unrooted cuttings from North Carolina Farms and received them last week. We are a return customer and have been doing business with them for several years. The cuttings were shipped and delivered next day. Quality of the cuttings were great a nice size and arrived nicely packed and protected. They are always very helpful and when I call to give them my order their customer service is outstanding! I also ordered trays of succulents which will be shipped out next week and we are looking forward to receiving them. I am sure we will be very pleased as we have been in the past. Outstanding service and quality plants come from North Carolina Farms. They do not disappoint!
