My plants came all messed up. There were plugs and dirt everywhere. I then called to report and left a message, no one called back. Update- I was contacted by Elizabeth and she was very helpful and prompt. The issue was resolved and I look forward to doing more business with NCF.

Mums were badly damaged once arriving. Tried to call twice now and was told someone would get back with me and still haven't heard from anyone. Had one full tray that suffered shipping damage and aren't going to come out of it.

I received my mum plugs week of June 5th. They arrived very well boxed and wrapped and healthy, very pleased with that. I appreciate being able to call and speak with a human and they can check my order status right away. I have ordered ferns already and be ordering again.
