I am very happy doing North Carolina Farms. Plants were healthy and beautiful potted now and doing wonderful.

Unfortunately even though I ordered months ago, the flowers I ordered were out of stock forcing me to chose a color I really did not want. It’s frustrating because I ordered early so that what I wanted would be available. The customer service representative was courteous and apologetic and made my substitution seamlessly, but that didn’t change the fact that I didn’t receive the items I wanted.

Plants were delivered in a timely manner and were nice and healthy!

Strong well grown plants are always packaged securely. Although UPS and FEDX drivers continue to carry and set them sideways and upside down, it's not the nursery's fault. The boxes are clearly marked LIVE PLANTS, they never have issues sending replacements or a refund. I will continue to order from NC Farms.

I was a little disappointed in a last minute substitution for one of the varieties. In addition, some of the flats didn't ride as well as others and plugs had shifted out and dried when they were unwrapped. Most of the plugs came out of the shock when watered.

Finger pointing on shipping selection. NC Farms customer service said they couldn't change shipment from FedEx to UPS since order was placed thru Griffin. Griffin said they can only select shipping method provided by vendor even though order acknowledgement said UPS. NC Farms has my shipping preference "on my account". NC Farms claims that they are now using UPS as preferred shipper, but you could fool me.

Nicely packaged and grown! The variety in the assorted variety flats were great.

I'm new to buying plants (we have always started our own). Therefore I was a little hesitant, but it was needed for the new projects. This was a great experience. All of my questions were answered quickly, the plants arrived when and how they were supposed to. My only disappointment was that I over bought for the space I had, lol.

This company is amazing, and the plants that they provide is at top quality.

The plants themselves were mostly fine, but the box was obviously turned over in transit. I know that's not your fault, and FedEx does whatever they do. most of the top layer were all jumbled about.
