Plants looked great

Plants were a bit smaller compared to other growers. Lost all the begonias but not sure if it was me or not as I am new at this. Lost most of the petchoas as well but again... Ran out of a few items and told me on the tail end. Will wait and see what the remaining plants do before I decide on ordering again.

We are very pleased with how you handle production and keep us in the loop about our orders. We really like it when your driver's can deliver to us instead of them being shipped through FedEx because when shipped through FedEx our flowers have been thrown around so much that nothing is in the cell packs when we open the box.

The only complaint that I could have would be that some of the plant plugs had come out during shipping. This was obviously a shipping issue and not due to North Caroline Farms. Most likely a handler didn't pay attention to the Label on the box stating to keep the Box This Side Up. With that said all plants survived shipping.

Love the plants! But it seems that the carrier that delivers is not so gentle with the boxes. We have had 2 shipments with plugs that were all dumped out and not salvageable. The support has been great, maybe something can notes so the delivery carriers are more gentle with our productsz

Everything was shipped beautifully, full, well rooted and not broken. I was so pleased. I had ordered about 16 flats. Will definitely order again.
