The first delivery half way through crate the starts were upside down and sideways in the start trays not sure what happened during packing not sure they are going to make it...everything else is great...

The plugs we received were well rooted and carefully packaged. Unfortunately shippers don’t always pay attention to signage, I.e., “live plants this end up”! So a little extra work unpacking but plants will survive thanks to their good propagation and packaging.

Yah never know if a picture in a listing is what you are getting.. AND when some one lists cuttings often you just get a leaf.. and have to invest a ton of effort to get them going. All of the cuttings came with scabs, so no need to wait for them for one, and as son as they root so I can plant them , some of them will be ready to sell immediately because of the excellent size of the cuttings... to bad 5 stars is the highest rank you can give. We were wanting to try out you nursery as we are looking for a new supplier. Problem #1:We placed a relatively small order about (900 liners). We normally supply our own transport ,but wanted to see if your company could accommodate with shipping. We were not disappointed. The liners came within two days of our date and were shipped with wet roots. Small spillage of a couple of liners, but looked great. Problem #2: When we placed our order we were charged twice for the order. We alerted the company and it was credited back to my account the same day. Problem #3: The company alerted me with an email stating the desired liner I was looking for was not ready for shipping. I responded and they credited my account the same day. Every time I called, the customer service was empowered and took corrective actions immediately. I cannot say enough for this rare customer service. Any problems were taken care of immediately.
