Products have proven to be great and thrive easily! Only downfall (that technically isn't NCF's fault) was we lost 840 plugs due to Fed-Ex holding live plants for 5 days. NFC provided replacements just couldn't get all the colors we originally ordered due to them being sold out.

This was my first time at ordering and I ordered Mums. I received them on the date they said I would get them , they were packed very good I was impressed and the plants were beautiful. I planted them them next day and and not 1 looks bad all is good and I’m watching them grow. Thank you and I will be ordering again

Our mums were beautiful, big, and healthy! I was disappointed in the tags. I typically receive tags that identify each individual plant by name with a picture to show the color. I was not entirely pleased with the generic tags. But I will probably order again because I thought the plants looked better than the ones I usually get, I'll just figure out a better way to tag them.

My order of mums arrived with several that were damaged (about 230 out of 1050) with broken stems. After a quick phone call to North Carolina Farms, and an email with photos, replacements were shipped out with no charge to us. Even though the damage was most likely caused by the shipper, North Carolina Farms was quick to fix the problem for us. Great customer service! I will definitely be purchasing more plants from them.

We are brand new growers and we just received our mums last week. We were super impressed with delivery and the condition of the plants. The staff has also been helpful when we've called with questions. So pleased with our decision and look forward to more NC Farms purchases!

A package of mine came broken and most of the mums were out of their plug hole and on top of each other. We lost 150 mums due to this packaging. Some plugs were so wet, I had to ring them out to plant them. And then some were desert dry. I called and never got a call back. 150 mums is a lot of money to a small scale farmer. Please do better packaging!

The quality of the plants were great! The shipper on the second box has to go easy, alot of plugs out of tray.
