United States | 07 June 2021Update6/21/2021- Company did follow up with an apology regarding the insect issue and the plants are no worse for wear. All are growing well almost a month after purchase and most have tripled or better in size. First time order and visit to the facility. Very nice and clean, with minimal weeds under/on benches. Plants are well grown and plugs are a good size. Visiting allowed us to triple our original order by adding items from the bench availability. Will definitely be returning later this summer. Customer service great. One star taken off review because we did notice Soil Mealy Bugs in a number of the begonia plugs after we got them home. These are being treated with a granular at potting time and will follow-up with insecticide later. If not for this, this would have been a perfect experience.

United States | 27 May 2021Average-Low quality cuttings. Very leggy with some rot. Also came all jumbled up, but that's FedEx problem. Honestly, I had my own cuttings of the same varieties started a week after ordering, and finishing a week before receiving the order. Won't be ordering again unless necessary.

United States | 06 May 2021I am so happy that North Carolina Farms offers cuttings and I have ordered from them for many years. I use many sources to fill my greenhouses for my customers each year. I had a wonderful customer representative Phyllis who was always so helpful. This year I ordered late (probably because I hold a full time job teaching and Covid has messed up a lot this year.) But I ordered via an e-mail, as always, and didn't receive a response until three weeks later. My cuttings came very late and I was missing a few I needed and used annually. I don't know what happened but it has been too late to root cuttings this year after receiving them and it's very disappointing.
