Primo, le choix d’installer le Showroom à Blois est très astucieux. Avec quelques jours de vacances c’est un vrai régal pour visiter une région riche en histoire. Nous avions envie d'un Chesterfield depuis très longtemps sans nous douter qu'il était possible d'avoir autant de variantes. Notre visite du showroom a été très enrichissante sur le sujet et nous a permis de nous decider pour un model avec les différentes options associées. Ensuite les délais ont été très raisonnable et fiable. La livraison a été de très grande qualité Nous sommes très heureux globalement. Seul petit regret, le prix prohibitif du pouf qui aurait complété avec avantage notre canapé.

I just got my new sofa bed from Timeless Chesterfields and I love it. I would like to thank Cristina in NY for all the help she provided to make this a very easy transaction. I was nervous about ordering something all the way in England, but Cristina made it very easy. She kept in touch all the way to keep me updated. The only wrinkle was getting it paid for. The site where you make the payment should put a message that if you are ordering out of the country, you will have to call a special number to your credit card issuer to verify that you are actually the one doing the ordering. Instead, the payment gets rejected then they flash the number you should call which disappears before you can even finish writing it down. Plus, the print is so small you can barely read it. Other than that, this was a terrific experience. I looked all over to find a Chesterfield that would fit in my space and Timeless Chesterfield was the only place where I could find the size I need and came with a bed! I love my sofa and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Christina offered excellent customer service. She was always responsive. And I believe that the quality of the furniture exceeds all others. I am very, very happy and satisfied with all 4 pieces I purchased.

I ordered a small Chesterfield in the size and color I chose. It arrived yesterday and I am very happy with it--beautifully made, looks great. Also, there is something appealing about having an item made especially for you, being exactly what you want.

Timeless Chesterfield is absolutely top notch! I highly recommended them. The chesterfield couches we received were perfection and stunning. The entire process of purchasing from overseas was a little scary for us. Christina was so patient with us, walked us through every step and communicated in a timely manner. We were able to customize and pick out all the accessories. They have a huge selection of leathers and fabrics. We chose white glove delivery derive and it was outstanding. They called, emailed, sent text messages and treated our furniture with extreme care. I absolutely love the furniture from Timeless Chesterfield!

A beautiful Chesterfield chair ordered by telephone from Spain to Saxon of Bolton to be delivered to Spain. Delivery was excellent the people at Saxons kept in touch until it arrived at my house. The quality was superb made by master craftsmen, I cannot recommend Saxsons enough what a pleasure to deal with such professional people.

When I tried to make the final payment, it was identified that you don't take Discover Card. I then tried to use my other credit card, but your system kept blocking it. It was a frustrating couple of hours where I had to call the card company several times only to find that the problem was on your end. The sofa is great, but I wish the back was 2 inches higher. Also, why do you use 4 baby cushions when 3 would look a lot better. It makes the appearance a little disappointing. It also arrived a month later than originally quoted. However, the craftsmanship and materials are excellent.

Had a issue with the seem on our footstool that we had for a less than 6 weeks. Took pictures sent it to them as asked. They.came back as not their problem you must have done it. We are 60s no kids no pets so blame us which is laughable. Lets see, gets loaded on a container ship to northeast US than trucked to Alabama, but blame the old couple so we dont have to fix it. For the money its not worth the risk, better to buy local or from someone that stands behind their products. Lessoned learned Update...after our US sales rep Christina explained our issues. Things have taken a turn in the right direction. And I would like to adjust my review to 5 star. After they realized I wasn't asking for something free we were able to get a good resolution to our issue. The furniture we is very nice and now the service is matching the furniture

We looked into Timeless Chesterfields and while they seemed to be a solid, trustworthy, going concern, we were somewhat hesitant making an investment in a piece of fine furniture without ever having the opportunity to actually see or sit on it first (we are located in the States). The material sample process was excellent and all the communication was clear and informative and made us comfortable with the idea of buying furniture sight-unseen, especially with all of the potential shenanigans involving leather quality. Fabrication, shipping and delivery went smoothly and we were kept informed every step of the way. We opted for the white-glove delivery. We love our new Chesterfield, it is everything we had hoped it would be - excellently made of high-quality materials (including the leather) with a timeless appearance. It looks like it has been part of our home forever. We would not hesitate to purchase another piece of furniture from Saxon again, everything about the process was confidence-inspiring and professional. We highly recommend them!

I took contact with the export departement without knowing anything about the different steps I’d had to go through. I had several contacts and the lady in charge of my file was always so kind and ready to help. Wonderful quality of the Chesterfield I was dreaming of for about 20 years. Without any hesitation I’ll go back to Saxon for another command. Thank you once again.

Communication, quality of product, and pricing relative to comparable options

I just received my beautiful Chesterfield sofa and two Richmond chairs in navy blue velvet. I worked with Pauline Rushton from the company and she was extremely helpful each step along the way. The pieces were delivered exactly on time and with great care. I could not be more pleased. Unfortunately, my cat loves them, too.

First and foremost my sofa is beautiful and is exactly what I was looking for. I had been looking for a Chesterfield sofa here in the US and had not thought about buying one from the UK. I happened upon an internet add for Timeless Chesterfields and looked at their site. They had a wonderful selection with many different options of fabrics and leather. When I spoke to them, Pauline was so incredibly helpful. She sent me samples of all the colors leather I was interested in. The order process was easy. I was surprised for this custom made sofa it really didn't take too long to build and ship. The shipping and delivery was perfect. My sofa came in perfect condition and exactly what I expected from pictures I had seen. This was such an easy experience to order. The sofa is beautiful and I got to customized it to my liking. And honestly the price was better than much of what I saw I could purchase from stores in the US for a Chesterfield sofa of this quality.

I have texted you that the bottom cushions are too large and therefore do not fit the sofa. I never received a reply
