I placed my order for a 4 seater Chesterfield sofa,all the ordering process was very professionally taken care of,in terms of communication,levels of details provided,user-friendliness from sales support staff. Finally,my long awaited sofa arrived,but I encountered some difficulties bringing the sofa (which is a very large one)to the 9th floor.It didnt fit in the elevator.I had to use the services of proffesional industrial mountain hikers,and we managed to pull the sofa via the roof-top.All the effort was worth it,when finally unveiling the sofa i discovered it had surpassed my expectactions in terms of quality/design. We ordered 2 Regent sofas which we are extremely happy with. We chose the standard leather as we wanted something hard wearing & easy to clean. We are so pleased with our choice as the semi-matte finish & uniform colour is exactly what we were hoping for. We have had the sofas for a couple of months now & despite daily use they are not showing any sign of wear or seat 'sag'. The customer service team were incredibly knowledgable & helpful, we needed their advice as we changed our minds a number of times on the leather type & colour before making our final decision. It took about 8 weeks from order to delivery & the delivery men were incredibly polite, friendly & efficient.
