I cannot praise Saxon enough: They delivered just what I had in mind. With the best quality and on time. They even went the extra mile to source the higher quality Aniline leather I was contemplating. All in all, just a great customer experience. Highly recommended!

Purchased a sofa and a couple of chairs for shipment to the middle of the US. Furniture was exceptionally well packaged - in fact it took a LOT of effort to uncrate it. It arrived about when they said it would. Most importantly, the furniture looks exactly like I expected, is very well made, and seems to be flawless. We love the three pieces. The only tricky part for me was transferring funds. As a first-time importer, I originally thought my bank could handle the transfer directly to their UK bank, but ultimately I had to use Western Union. Diane H, their export sales coordinator, was very patient with me as I worked through that. I would definitely recommend Timeless Chesterfields/Saxon, though I don't expect to be buying another sofa and matching chairs for a looong time.

I ordered a full suite of Chesterfield furniture, one 3-seater and two armchairs in Antique Brown. I couldn't be more happy with the quality of the furniture - they really look amazing and feel very luxurious and expensive, especially since the same quality would cost me almost twice as much when bought through an importer in my country! Definitely recommends buying directly from the factory, since the customer service as been superb throughout the order process, from initial inquiry to final shipment! There were absolutely no problems at all ordering from outside of England, so don't hesitate if you live in another country - it's all worth the wait! Bottom line, if you want classic English-made high-quality and priceworthy furniture - you should definitely buy from Timeless Chesterfields!
