We are very pleased to recommend Trophy dog food. Matt has given us superb service. He took the time to visit us at home and meet Maisy our rescue staffie. She loves the food and is thriving on it. We also purchased the wild bird food. All deliveries made to the door, 5star service.

Matt at Torbay is extremely reliable & helpful. He did a free consultation when I re- homed my JR/Patterdale cross. I always fed my previous dog on good food and she reached 15 which is great for a Lab. I was keen to get all the help I could when re-homing & nutrition was one aspect. I have ordered from Matt for well over a year & have always received great service. My dog is in great shape as he approaches 10 with a healthy coat. Much better than when I took him on.

Extremely disappointed website inaccurate claiming everything is in stock when it is not emails sent via website nobody seems to know where and online chat does not appear to communicate with customer service. Two weeks after payment and order dog has no food and I am chasing with calls. Excellent product shambolic service. Update review amended as I very much appreciated the call and update from Matt and I appreciate it is a busy time and new websites are prone to glitches and as I have said it is an excellent product

Fantastic service and information from both David and Jo. Advice was spot on for our dogs needs after having an upset stomach. Bodhi loves the food and is back to his normal happy self. We always knew that if we ever took the plunge and added a pup to our family, then Matt would be our supplier of choice. His knowledge and patience are second to none and he has been there for us every step of the way as he cares so much about dogs having their best life. Finn absolutely loved his puppy food and is now on Junior Active. He’s never ever turned his nose up and we will never deviate from Trophy and it’s high ingredient standards. Finn is such a treasure to us, that having Matt by our side has helped our confidence grow as our dog does. He’s very prompt to respond to any query - I’ve even messaged late in the evening and an answer came back straight away! We have a Labrador with ongoing issues from a terrible start in life, so we want only the best for her. We feel Trophy food is incredible value for money and has given Mo a lovely shiny coat and lots of energy! Most importantly, with Matt’s help we seem to have overcome her digestive issues which were causing a lot of difficulty. During these strange times we’re delighted to have our food delivered straight to our door, free of charge, by someone we totally trust.

Our experience with Trophy has been great. Russell Cradduck was brilliant with our puppy when they first met (over 2 years ago) and our Malshi, Eric, has been on Trophy food ever since. Russell took time to listen to the problems we had with Eric and food and managed to find something that suited him. He scoffs his two meals a day and always has healthy coat and teeth. Delivery is always prompt and payment easy and Russell goes out of his way to be helpful. I would recommend the service and food to any pet owner, thank you very much!

I would 100% recommend Trophy Pet Foods, our dog Gus has had digestive problems for his whole life but one consultation with Matt explaining everything and he has never been better. Matt was so thorough with explaining the nutritional needs of Gus, and since changing to Trophy food he eats everything and is even asking for dinner (which previously had been very unlike him). The food agrees with him and we are definitely happy customers.

I met Sharon from Trophy foods when walking my 2 Labradors on the beach we got chatting as my dogs suffer with their tummy she dropped off some free samples for them and 3 years later they look foward to every meal time, the food is full of goodness & balanced unlike alot of dog food full of cereals & rubbish & added bonus it gets delivered. Would recommend & Sharon is lovely and so helpful.
