I first met John and Marie at Reeth show a good few years ago now. At the time we did live rather out of the way and really didn't think they would want to deliver, but it wasn't a problem at all. We have received excellent service ever since.Always delivered on time and our four dogs love the food. Marie and John are great to deal with and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 👍

Excellent service I have been using Trophy dog food for over 12 years and John and Marie have always provided a knowledge and helpful service as my dogs have got older and needed to change due to age and dietary requirements. Friendly reminders so I don’t run out and even the dogs know the sound of the van and which door to go and wait next to to get a treat 🥰

John and Marie have been our suppliers of Trophy food for a long period of time now and never disappoint. Our 14 year old chocolate lab, 7 year old fox red lab and 1 year old, new addition daschund, all enjoy their Trophy food. Obviously their needs differ but John is so helpful this has never been a problem, regularly delivering at the drop of a hat when I have forgotten to order and have almost run out. John and Marie from Trophy in Darlington area supply our dog food. Lily loves it and it is great for her. We also used it for our previous dogs and it has been something they always wolfed down. It is good that they sort a type that is suitable for your pet and it’s lifestyle.

I have been a customer for 12 years and my dog has been fed Premium Lite for 3 years and this food has been perfect for my dog. However, recently I have been unable to get any. John my supplier has offered us alternatives but none have suited my dog. I spoke to John and the earliest he can supply will be end of next week. Unfortunately we have had to buy an alternative brand from pets at home. John is a five star supplier but the product chain is lacking!! I need the supply to be consistent in order to feed my dog daily!!! I want John to be my supplier but my dogs health comes first.

Buster was eating trophy dog food when we got him 4 years ago and we have not even thought about changing his food - he loves it. Chris provides an excellent service and will always check to see if we need any top ups and will keep us updated regarding the delivery- I think we would forget without him! Without the service Chris provides I think we probably would have considered changing to buying food at the local supermarket/pet store. Would highly recommend trophy dog food 😊
